nice friendly staff nice clean room had a nice breakfast the radiator in the bedroom was not working to heat up bedroom and same with the towel radiator turned up heat no output.

Hotel aesthetics are good however room was in a stairwell
No air conditioning so room was stuffy and only small window that looked out on what looked like a service area.
Shower was powerful but could not adjust so just sprayed horizontally
Never removed empty glasses entire visit which each day were left neatly on a table

Hotel is beautiful an clean staff are friendly an welcoming, the room was big the only thing was the room was very warm just need air-conditioning an somewhere too put your clothes apart from that it was a great stay

The hotel is nice and in a great location. Only issue was Darion at the front desk who overcharged me for my room and said there was nothing he could do. Won't go back because of him.

Great location right next to bus routes and can easily walk into town. Staff are amazing and hotel was beautiful! I will be booking again!!

Good hotel in a good location. Room nicely presented and bed very comfy. However despite reporting that heating in room was not working on two occasions this was never addressed. The breakfast buffet was good but surprisingly only served scrambled egg and not prepared to cook fried egg when requested. Issue when booking in as two rooms booked but receptionist could only find one although i did show her hotel.com booking form and amount pre paid. Eventually found it as they had recorded my friends name using his surname twice. Would i stay again ? Yes its a good value hotel in excellent location.

On the surface somewhat nice although a bit outdated hotel. The only good thing was a very friendly and helpful nightclerk. Rowdy and loud guests. Should be avoided if allergies!!! Very thick carpeted floors caused severe allergic reasons for me, but the hotel refused to offer refund or sympathy. Also, very bad, rude and arrogant customer service so please note that not much help to be expected if there are any problem situation. Much nicer hotels with much nicer customer service in the same neighborhood.

Good hotel in a very convenient location. The downstairs bar area is nice and cozy, but the room itself felt a bit run down & the heater made an occasional loud booming sound in the night. We appreciated the cleaning staff tidying up the room nicely each day.

The hotel was fabulous, the room was beautiful and clean and the service was friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better.

Everything was amazing. If I was going to be very fussy the check in was not faultless. I checked online to save time, opting for early check in. This confused the staff member and it took longer than I think it should have done

Great location with easy access to public transportation. The room was decent however the bathroom did not have a functioning exhaust fan so it became very wet and humid when using the shower. Also, the show for water all over the bathroom floor.

We stayed for two nights and had to move room as we found the initial room small and not very good
They moved us to a far better and new room but the telly didn’t work and whilst we were comped a free breakfast the inconvenience were not great

Hotel was a good standard, reasonably well situated for the city centre/ nightlife. The building was attractively classic and well renovated.
Room was reasonable size, clean and warm.
Parking however was not available so we parked some 10 minutes away , although the hotel had negotiated a discount there.

Room was small. Fine for 1 night stay but not sure i would've liked it for 6+ nights.. stay was very friendly. Irish show her at the hotel was amazing best part of our stay.

I chose this property as it was somewhere different for the end of my stay. The room was quite large and comfortable, although the bathroom was quite different (no tub), and an open concept. It is a bit of a walk to dining and shopping, but still a nice change, and certainly quieter from a hotel down in the mix of things. It is also home to Belvedere Irish Nights. Although my experience wasn't fantastic as a solo traveler, the performance would be fun for groups.

Although room was spotless and bathroom extraordinary, our room was stuffy. No air circulation. Windows do not open at all. Had to have two portable fans brought in to circulate air. With the exception of the “manager” on the front desk the afternoon we arrived, staff was helpful and courteous.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean, spacious, quiet, perfect air conditioning, comfortable bed, small refrigerator ... I could go on and on. Also has an on-site bar and restaurant with very good food. Very walkable to the sites and a small convenience store a few minutes away.

Just felt the rooms were a little tired but the staff and rooms themselves all clean and fresh. I would stay again.

Good location, and good room. Was slightly too hot overnight with the fan not working, and staff was not very friendly
We went to the empty bar and the lady saw us waiting to be seated, and it took her 10 min to address us , and I had to ask to be sat
She sat us and walked away. No menu, no offers of a drink
She came back and tossed a menu at my bf and when it fell on the floor she rolled her eyes and walked away
We avoided staff after that, as it was not a pleasant experience

Great hotel in quiet area, walking distance from O’Connell Street. Good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff
Only drawback was lack of wardrobe and chest of drawers. Just hanging space behind a wall mirror for 3 hangers. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
