The cabin that we rented from the hibernation station was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends. It truly provides a cabin experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Hibernation Station! The check-in was seamless and our cabin was nice and clean. Plenty of space and a great little kitchen to use to make breakfast before we set out on our adventures. Great price for two nights as well! Would easily stay here again.

I have stayed about 7 different places in west yellowstone and this was hands down, the best place. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful cabin. They had the fireplace going for me before i got in. Comfortable bed, cozy setup, and beautiful decor. I will never recommend staying anywhere else.

The sweet, log cabin had potential however, the bed was missing a boxspring and any switch to a different room would have required changing rooms each day at 11 AM and checking back in at four. They said the boxspring had not been delivered yet, so we literally had to climb up and out of the inside of the frame Terribly uncomfortable and very disappointing. Staff was lovely and very apologetic but it did not change three nights of very uncomfortable sleep. This room should never have been rented until it was ready for guests

This was a good place. However, we paid for a fireplace and asked several times if they could help us get it started. Apparently other cabins were having the same problem. It seems to me that they didn’t have any gas that went to the fireplaces, but they couldn’t figure it out. We stayed several days and asked several times and never did get the fireplace working. It was a decent place other than that.

Best lodging of my whole trip. Will never stay anywhere else near the park in the future. My only regret was only staying one night and can’t wait to return. Clean, quiet, good service, and convenient location to walk anywhere.

At the beginning we were upset as the rest room malfunction and shower area overflow. They tried to book nearby hotel for us as they have no rooms. After dinner they told us good news as they have one room which other customers canceled so we stayed there no need to move out and check in again

We had an overall enjoyable experience with our time there. Honestly the only complaint was we would run out of hot water when we took showers or baths at night. Great service from the staff and very clean and convenient experience.

The space was a little tight for a family of four, but great location and beds were very comfortable. The desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Bring your own extension cords if you have medical devices that need electricity. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. The hot tub area was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Hibernation Station. Check in / out was easy and staff friendly. Our room was a bit crowded, and no place for two suitcases, except using the only seating in the cabin. Electric plugs were also difficult to impossible to access. Our “nightstand” was only large enough to hold a phone. I know this sounds negative, but the beds were comfortable, and the entrance to Yellowstone NP was within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay in spite a couple of inconveniences

Bad internet connection. Unable to watch a movie after a day spent touring Yellowstone. Kept buffering and unable to load. Quite frustrating! Kyle and Charley tried to fix it over the three nights we spent with them to no avail. Kyle did fix the hot water so we could enjoy a warm shower & bath. Beautiful accommodations - an unusual place to stay.

we enjoyed the stay, the only thing we didn't like was there wasn't a microwave or Fridge or a place to put your bags, I had mine on the floor. but the bed a was real comfortable. best night ever

The hot water was warm at best and the TV was a joke, Dir TV never worked at all and the regular TV buffered every 3 minutes. In a town that’s dead at 7pm it’s important to be able to watch TV and shower.

Liked: Log Cabin Concept - unique and close to downtown area. Disliked: Inconsistent hot water availability, no working phone in room, room cold & drafty (due to high ceilings?), suspect heater element underpowered for room size, no extra blankets provided as a courtesy, fluorescent light at kitchenette not working, no peephole in door, and mattress foundation consisted of wooden log slats - very uncomfortable.

Overall was very happy. Great room, very comfortable, nice large bathroom. But the beds…they were way too soft for us. We both woke up feeling like we were sleeping in a pit and with sore backs…otherwise was a great place. Super clean. Cabins are very close together and very much have an in-town feel.
