Everything was great & the location was perfect for the main strip!

There was a few times throughout each day where workers just walked right into our room using their key without knocking or anything. Very inappropriate, especially when I have kids. Also, the day of checkout, the lady barged into the room an hour before check out and tried to rush us out of the room. If i was able to get a refund or partial refund for their workers just barging into the room during the day and evening, i definitely would!!

I understand this location is going under a renovation. The walls are super thin, you can hear conversations - especially if you’re on the bottom floor. You hear everyone on the balconies. Our room could have been cleanse, the desk was sideways in the room away from the wall, there was some hair in the shower and sink.

This was a good place to stay. There is construction going on at the hotel and I feel like the price should have reflected that fact more. Kind of noisy in the morning but front desk was very helpful and answered all questions. Breakfast was great! Easy walk to the main street in Gatlinburg. Enjoyed the stay.

Easy check in, room is very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Gatlinburg.

Few things need to be change but property currently under renovation so i won't say anything...and fee was cheaper than usual so no complaint.

We arrived a little early and was able to check in early and leave our car while we explored the area. The man at the dest was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice and fit us perfectly!

Our stay was super good. Clean, welcoming and super nice. Would definitely recommend or book it for our future stay as well.

The worst bed I have ever slept in. Very bad smell when turned on heater. Not a pleasant smell in room.

Much to our surprise, when we checked in the front desk gave us a key for an occupied room. We were shocked to see people staring back at us when we opened the door. That could have been a very dangerous situation. They fixed the issue after a few comments that made it seem like we were at fault, but then gave us a less desirable room right next to noisy exit door. Speaking of the noise, it was one of the nosiest hotels I’ve stayed at. It sounded like they were moving furniture across the floor in the room above us at all times of the night. The wall next to us was paper thin so we could hear their conversations. Housekeeping started vacuuming at 7am in the room above us which woke us up. The common areas smelled musty. The room was clean for the most part, but there was definite improvements that could have been made by maintenance. Parking was awful. They don’t have enough spots for their guests to park at. They were good about towing vehicles that didn’t belong in the lot. Overall, the only positive thing about the place was that it is within walkable distance to the Parkway, but I would never stay at this hotel again if I have the choice.

Parking was terrible. Beds very uncomfortable. Noise level on our floor was so loud. The only good thing I can say about this place is the staff member at the desk was helpful & friendly. Would not stay here again.

Overall our stay was fine but I was a little disappointed with the condition of the hotel. I immediately noticed a weird smell in our room. I determined it was the carpet due to high levels of moisture in the room. The room was clean but could use some maintenance. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The pool area was also disappointing, we went at night which probably didn’t help the creepy factor but the humidity was so high water drips from the ceiling all over. Overall not a bad place to stay but not as nice as I had hoped for the $.

They could use some more parking

The hotel experienced a power surge that knocked out TV and Internet service for a full day. Hotel staff did not communicate the service interruptions or estimated resolution. Otherwise, the hotel was good experience.

Every time we go to Gatlinburg, TN, we always stay at this hotel.

Thankful for staying with this country inn. Was overall clean & organized. Does have limited amount of parking near the building yet, does have a over flow parking lot a block away which had to use twice of the four days of are stay. Please don't take this statement as negative, very pleased and appreciative.

Liked how clean it was. Although the breakfast and customer service could do some work. Overall nice hotel, would stay here again.

Overall the hotel was just okay but not worth the price. Mediocre breakfast that was bland, rooms were okay, found a stink bug next to the TV. You could hear everything, didn’t help our neighbors were up after midnight being loud and we even called desk and nothing was done about it. Also beware the church parking scam!

This hotel provides excellent value for the price. Although it is an older property, it has been reasonably well maintained with updated rooms. The breakfast was as good as can be expected, considering that meals at the nearby restaurants can easily cost upwards of $100 for a family of 4. The location is unbeatable, with literally a 5 minute walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Very personable and friendly staff.
