At the condo itself, you’ll find a fully upgraded space, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, an open layout, and a sleek, modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Your private, tree-lined deck offers mountain views and a gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts. Spend evenings snuggled up in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release, start a puzzle, play a card game, or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Two comfortable bedrooms await when you get sleepy, one with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee station for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guest accounts. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. This guest suite is part of a larger unit and has a secure, lockable interior bedroom door separating them. Ski shuttle details: 1 bus stops nearby walking distance on Red Sandstone or Vail Run on other side Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
