This is my first stay at a B&B.
The directions that were sent were perfect and easy to understand. The room was spacious and the bathroom was larger than I was thinking.
It was a very quaint and lovely. It was quiet and had all the things for you to stay. The area was also nice. Highly reccomend.

The check in process required calling a phone number and making arrangements for after hours check in. The check in notice was in small print and only posted after booking. I arrived after hours and no one answered the phone, so I proceeded to the airport and slept there.

This is a highly recommendable place to stay for several reasons:
1. Economical to afford a car rental
2. Convenient location that makes renting a car unnecessary
3. Professional people running the show behind the scenes
4. A safe and friendly neighborhood
5. Good heating
6. Near the bus and not far from Five Points Train Hub to get the Red Line North bound to Lenox Mall
7. Snacks are available in lieu of a provided and included breakfast - snacks are included: yogurt, cake, healthy nuts, and banana, orange, apples.

I paid $211 for 3 nights, but was charged an additional $85 before arrival in order to get the door codes and no refund. Room really needs at least one table or some type of wall shelves for you to place small items on. The bed needs to be replaced in room 3, because it was uncomfortable and noisy from old mattress. You could not move without the bed creeks like the spring were crying! Very clean and hospitable and I would stay there again if these upgrades were made! Nice quiet area of Atlanta.

It was okay. It was kinda scary because It’s a church lol! But at least I know I was in the house of the Lord. I just didn’t like the smell inside because it was giving church smell. I love the bathroom. I like that it’s quiet. But overall it was okay.

The facility is extraordinary. It has high ceilings, nice finishing throughout, huge showers, and the beds are good. When I am back in Atlanta I won't go elsewhere.

If you like horror, go here. This is a ghost church building (not the normal church you think it is) and once you enter there will be no administrator to take care of your safety. They will not answer anything and will be afraid until the sun rises. I paid for all three days and left without even staying a single day to find another hotel. I hope there are no more victims. Please note that I am not the person writing the review.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alecia B&B in Atlanta, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a sense of warmth and hospitality that lasted throughout my stay.
The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort was evident in every corner of the room.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The variety of options available was impressive and catered to different tastes and dietary needs. Each morning was a delightful experience, starting the day with a delicious and satisfying meal.
The cleanliness and organization of the bathroom also deserve special mention. It was always clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made it very convenient and pleasant to use.
Moreover, the location of Alecia B&B is incredibly advantageous. It's situated conveniently close to some of Atlanta's must-visit attractions. The proximity to the zoo, the historic Oakland Cemetery, and the charming Inman Park made my visit even more enjoyable. Additionally, its closeness to the Beltline was a huge plus, offering easy access to a unique urban trail experience.
Overall, my stay at Alecia B&B was a delightful experience. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, excellent breakfast options, and a prime location made it a standout choice. I would highly recom

The exterior was very discouraging ... the yard was shabby & the house needs painting, etc.
Inside, however, it was lovely. The common areas were very attractive & my room, tho small, was pristine. The bedside lamp & TV remote did not work but everything else did.
There were snacks in the kitchen and an extra blanket. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Alecia B&B. Location was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The owner answered questions promptly. There was a very generous range of snacks and drinks available free if chsrge as well as breakfast foods and hot drinks. I would highly recommend staying at Alecia B&B when in Atlanta.

This area is sketchy, some of facilities are broken. Aside from these two, everything was good. There are lots of free snacks. Bathroom and bedroom are clean. Common space is big and chill.

I believe this was one of the best budget bookings I’ve ever experienced. Very good hospitality service; you could tell the property manager is not new to this.
Sheets smelled wonderful and enjoyed the stay.

This is false advertisement! It's a church and it could have been stated in the details but it was not! This goes against a lot of people’s religion and also is very creepy. The process was fast but I am very unsatisfied and I want my money back. Cause I was so uncomfortable that I got a new airbnb :( i literally stayed here for some hours crying before leaving and I had booked it for some days then they so no refund cause they know after you find out it’s a church your going to want your money back! Which is scamming at an all time high

The b&b was great on the inside. The outside could use some tlc. I would suggest some better pillows, larger towels, and hand towels ot access to paper towels for the bathroom.

everything was great, except $25 was taken out of deposit for a towel that had hair dye on it and comes out completely with a bleach and a wash! excessive amount of money for something that was not actually damaged.

They said the check in wouldnbe the last 4 of my phone number. But it did not work!
Also didnt state that the hotel was in a church, which i was nkt happy about. I ended up having to book a new room elsewhere simply because i could not get in.

Not as advertised. I didn’t realize the type lodging this was. The pictures never showed the sign that said “missionary Baptist Church”. Further I didn’t have the adaptive software to read the text photos I was getting for direction. When I called the owner didn’t treat me with respect. I was told if “I read the directions or if I followed what she was saying”! When I apologized for not being able to hear because of the train that was passing by or the neighborhood noise. I was asked to send two forms of identification because they weren’t specific. Also the code that I got to get into the back which was inaccessible. I had to walk down a slippery dirt road with limited lighting. The code never worked and sent off an alarm. I’m just not impressed by the service. The owner may have great intentions but the execution was not appropriate. Additionally, there is an extraordinary long wait up to 10 days to receive your deposit. I was never able to enter the property or stay there…just not a good experience. Best wishes to anyone else trying.

They don't communicate. I went there and was waiting outside for close to an hour. Nobody responded. I tried calling and messaging and nobody responded. I ended up having to book another hotel.
