It's safe

I felt safe. The printer is on the 1st floor.

An old stapled bed, passing in the middle. Bed linen and a towel smell of bleach. There is no shower cap in the bath, there is no dental kit, although now they are already available in almost all hotels. In general, the room feels like a super economy, not for $180 per day.

Not worth staying there

That it is across the street from a parking garage.

- They tried to convince me that it is cheaper to valet park my car with them for $50 than to park it in the parking garage across the street! It turned out that it was not true because one day in the parking garage is just $28. - Not so helpful front desk employee. - Ver small room. - No safe box. - They didn’t even put drinking water in the room. - Very loud air conditioner. - Thin walls.

Served its purpose.

Location was good in relation to our event venue. Parking was difficult to unload - thank goodness I prepaid for valet parking😊

Breakfast wasn’t great. Staff were courteous. Menu was lacking. Service was slow and the overall experience was confusing.

It was a good trip with great accommodations.

The room was nice. All the staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walk to wherever you need to go downtown. Will definitely be back next time I need to be in downtown Atlanta.

Still don't understand why I was charged such a price

The welcoming staff at the entrance of the hotel

For the price I paid (more than 200 Euros per night) I was really not expecting such a small room, with no light, no view, not even a bottle of water. Such a price is not understandable for the quality of this hotel. Floor is not really clean.

It was a good stay.

Location was great. Short walk to good restaurants, Peachtree Center, The Benz and State Farm arena.

The check-in staff seemed a little distracted at check in. Not very friendly. Lack of parking options at a reasonable price.

Overall good

Hotel stay was very good. Staff very professional and and provided great service. Location was great, within walking distance to stores, conference and etc.

Parking was the only issue I was not happy with. Having to pay for parking after already paying to stay at hotel was not something I expected. I thinking there should be available free park for hotel customers that come with there stay.

Excellent hotel in downtown location

Hotel is in a excellent downtown location. Parking is nearby. Roof was very comfortable and spacious.

Breakfast was served in boxes. No room for personal choice.

Very comfortable bed and good location in downtown part of the city, next to metro station so a great base to explore the city

It is a bit odd that there was no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom in the room. It was fine for me since I was staying alone, but it was a double room and I would have found this not great if I had been with my partner.

The sofa bed was dirty with crumbs and stains. Didn't like the fact that the doors to bedroom and bathroom had gaps in it

Depressing, very expensive given the modesty of the room and facilities. I will not be going back

Clean room, a good size - no need for a big one, but it was not too small, and it was clean (apart from the fact that it was not serviced the first night I stayed there)

The reception and ground floor facilities are dark, cramped and depressing. Not a place you would like to come 'home' to in the evening

Ready to go home!

THE LOBBY WATER WAS AMAZING! The staff was also very nice and Valet looked out for our vehicle.

Homeless people central! Every-time I stepped foot outside the hotel there was a homeless person standing, sleeping or asking for food, money cigarettes etc. It made us very uncomfortable while waiting for our truck. Hotel was was okay they offer housekeeping every other night so our room didn’t get cleaned during our weekend stay. I hated the shower the water filled up around my feet due to the drain being placed oddly. Overall a very uncomfortable stay , wouldn’t come back .

Hated most

Parking situation. Checked out early and they didn’t help to get my refund from a third party booking. Had to make a million phone calls and got an excuse after excuse. Basically ripped me off.

Pleasant

The television was on a wall mount that could be move. However, due to previous excessive usage the television could not be moved out without moving back towards the wall by itself. Customer service could have been better. Room lighting was terrible.
