Attentive staff. Very conveniently located in regard to Cobb Galleria and an extremely clean facility. My trip was short but the stay was enjoyable.
I don’t understand paying for parking as a guest to an establishment. Parking should be validated or at a minimum discounted for paying guests.

The entire staff at breakfast was WONDERFUL, the omelet station was the best.
The shower didn't drain well and I was standing in a foot of water and the water temp never got hot, just luke warm.

The Club Lounge was nice and the breakfast hostess was great. We enjoyed the view from our room.
We were originally put into a singe King room when we had reserved a double queen. I even called the hotel right after booking the room and they confirmed it was a double queen reservation. Additionally, we requested non-feather pillows due to allergies. I pulled one pillow out of it's case to check and the label said "89% duck feathers." Whe I called the front desk I was asked to come down. When I said I had just showered and was in for the night, the lady said she was the only one on duty and it would be a while. I ended up going down around 11:30 pm on Tuesday Aug 22nd. While I was waiting for the young lady to get the pillows, I saw two other ladies working the counter. Additionally I saw two people in uniform who appeared to be cleaning staff. I was a little upset that I had to come down only to find out I had been lied to.
We booked the hotel so we could walk to Truist Park. When we checked in, the hostess showed me where we would need to walk to reach the cross walk. Going over went as expected. However, the return trip was not so pleasant. The mall was closed and we had to walk all the way around the buliding to enter the front lobby. My wife has had knee surgery and the extra walking on uneven surfaces through the parking lot was not welcome.

Nice room, great location. We were in Room 533 and our Housecleaning lady was awesom
We booked our room on Booking.com and it said the room had a sofa. It did not. When we arrived Thursday night at around midnight, when we awenoticed there was only one robe.I walked down to the front desk barefooted(not thinking) the security guy chastised me for not having on shoes🙄at 12:30 AM. When I informed them of the robe they both( the lady and the aforementioned guy) were like "too bad you'll have to wait until tomorrow"
Also the phone in our room didn't work so I always had to go downstairs for anything we needed

I arrived early and I understood that my room was not going to be ready since it was not check in time yet. There seemed to be an issue with my booking but it was not explained to me. They told me they would put me on the waitlist. I was early so I understood, it gave me time to eat lunch. When I came back to check in on time, there was a different person at the front desk, there still seemed to be an issue, she went to a back room (took about 10-15 mins) and said the room hadn't been cleaned yet, and they would call me later it would take 30-45 mins after check in time. I went back up 50 mins later and it still wasn't ready and she said very rudely "yeah you were just up here 10 mins so it's not going to be ready" which I responded that we had already been waiting for 50 mins. She said well it'll be another 45 mins. I waited a total of 2.5 hours before i got a room and the front desk staff was very rude the whole time. We were there for a concert and we missed all pre-activities because they could not get us a room. Meanwhile every person walking in was getting checked in and there was no issue. I would not had an issue waiting but the staff seemed to have no explanation and they were rude the entire time.
The staff was very rude and not helpful at checkout.

The one thing I didn’t like was having to pay for the parking. You already paying over $200 a night and the fact that you have to spend an extra $30 for parking is ridiculous. If I would have been able to cancel without penalties then I would have just for that one fact.

We didn’t stay for breakfast but the dinner we had was really good! My husband ordered a pizza was so pretty he took a picture of it ( and equally tasty) I had a salmon Caesar salad , also delicious.
Would have enjoyed 2 comfy chairs in the room instead of just one.

Our room was not ready upon arrival. I had to call them at 9:00 to ask if the room was ready while me and my friend were at the concert.

The location was great, the hotel was very well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room walls are so thin you can hear every door close, sneeze and people in the hallway, hope your not a light sleeper.
Other reviewers were also right in saying that housekeeping will come early on the day of check out and knock loudly even if sign is at the door and use the excuse that they weren’t sure even though on the other days they never knocked so early.

It is close to The Battery.
Poor management! No parking. Lack of compassion regarding the parking situation. We book 2 queen beds, arrived and told we booked a king. The staff needs training. We were checked out of our room ( accidentally)while we were out. Then my card was charged again. Epic Fail!
