The front staff were extremely humble and caring (specially Mr. Jamal) which make us feel so special. Regularly asking about anything we need or about stay is really appreciated and heard. As usual, Embassy by Suites breakfast was always delicious.
The swimming pool was closed which was a bummer for my 10 year old nephew, for which I'll blame Booking.com didn't mention on their website since hotel staff said that during this time the pool is closed and re-open during summer only.

La ubicación es increíble y el hotel está muy bien tiene de todo para pasar un buen momento
El desayuno, es muy temprano para cuando vas de vacaciones por lo que no fue posible tomarlo además de que el único día que baje no estaba muy bueno

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very nice and clean. The atmosphere was very laid back with people playing cards in the lobby.
We went to walk to the aquarium and a homeless man pooped in the sidewalk by the steakhouse located in the hotel.

It is walking distance to everything you could need. It was clean and the breakfast was great!
For the $300+ per night I felt it could have been a little more upgraded.

The location is perfect. The presentation of the property is very nice, but is deceptive. The staff, from the lowest paid to the highest were all extremely nice, as expected for Southern hospitality
The out of date bathroom, “kitchen facilities”, horrible coffee packs, and everything about the breakfast except for the omelette man, oatmeal, and coffee was subpar. The fruit was “March” unripe fruit. The whole left side of the breakfast bar needs to come up to the expectation that accompanies the price of the hotel. Use fresh cut potatoes. Have well cooked bacon and sausage, as well as the unbrowned. Drain the fat. Add turkey bacon and sausage, or Impossible bacon and sausage for vegetarians, or those who want a healthier alternative to the Southern breakfast.
There were no modern attempts to save money by using automatic lighting. The tub was curved on the bottom so you never had both feet securely placed while showering.
I had just spent the previous weekend at Embassy Suites in Nashville, and while not as expensive, this hotel was a half priced version or less. The Maserati proves the owner could afford to spend the money to begin updating the hotel. When you see an owner spend more for that type vehicle, you tend to think the hotel will match his taste in cars. It doesn’t.

Breakfast was extremely busy and finished too early (which causes it to be busy)

Location, amenities and staff.
At least 2 people need to work the omelet station. The worker was doing his best to keep up, but the line was never ending and too much for one person.

Sehr gute Lage, große saubere Suiten mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Only valet parking option at $50 per night. And the valet parking was slow and in a small congested area. Value and service of valet parking under performed the $ 50 cost.

The property was within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz stadium.
The sofa in the suite was stained and dirty. The other parts of the room was cleaned very well.

Location to venue
Age of hotel. Room smelled muggy. Carpets seemed dirty. My wife stepped on the back of someone’s earring left in carpet from previous stay. Noisy, between the air conditioner making noises all night and the neighbors, who quite frankly were not rowdy, I found it hard to sleep. Room in general had very poor lighting. Lights kept flickering. I’m in the hospitality business as well and I feel maybe due to its location, the owners and staff feel they don’t have to work as hard for customer satisfaction

The location of the Hotel was in the heart of the city which was great! Everything was in arms reach, which made things easier as we were Visitors.
The Hotel was very outdated, the furniture was filthy. It was hard trying to get clean towels, and despite several request Housekeeping never came to clean the room. Some of the guests found rodents in their bathrooms. The quality of the breakfast ingredients was very poor.

Breakfast was good and did offer a wide variety. Free drinks, (happy hour) from 6pm-7:30 pm. The room was fairly small but was well maintained and well organized in the layout. Valet parking was nice. Very convenient to the State Farm Arena, just a couple hundred yards away.
That elevator is super fast. It could stand to be slowed down just a tad. I felt like I was on a ride at an amusement park and free falling.
