It was comfortable, I love the location and I had a good time .

I loved the way the hotel looked, I loved the valet parking and how friendly the staff was .

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have a microwave in them

Could be better.

I had reservations for a King Suite and when I got there I was placed in a room with two twin beds. The room didn’t have a microwave. I booked a King Suite because I needed the room and other amenities. I feel like it was also overpriced because I had to settle for what was available.

Clean, Comfy, & Welcoming

The room was very nice..loved the aesthetic. The view of the city was gorgeous as well. It was downtown near a lot of restaurants & attractions. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and prompt. The restaurants inside were great too.

There was a convention or something during the time I went so the elevators were super crowded. Waited about 20mins for one until I decided to just take the stairs..FROM THE 12th floor. Also the valet staff needs work. They weren’t as friendly and kind of chaotic and unorganized. One gave my boyfriend the wrong information almost resulting in him paying for valet that he had already prepaid for.

Enjoyable stay

Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant, helpful staff. Well-equipped exercise room. Delicious (albeit expensive) food. Modern, glass- enclosed elevators. Lovely hotel. Good location. Magnificent city view!

Foundation/base of bed had hurtful, protruding corners. There were no liners in trash cans. Inadequate signage for location of elevators. Overpriced parking. No microwave in room. Only two microwaves observed in the entire hotel and both hidden away in an obscure area.

Great location. Excellent amenities! A great stay!

This property was great. walking distance to the aquarium, Coca Cola world, centennial park, and several restaurants. The hotel itself was also a one stop shop with bars, restaurants and a market store for quick grabs. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Our bathroom was a little outdated and the room had carpet which was clean but not my favorite aesthetic for a hotel room. Some areas of the room were obviously in need of renovation and deep cleaning but overall this did not impact the quality of my stay and I would definitely be back!

Aside from high parking it was great

Hotel very nice, view was awesome, staff was amazing.

Didn’t like that parking wasn’t included for the price, why wouldn’t there be a free option to park after booking a room for not only 1 night but 2 nights. After spending the rates for the rooms you have to figure out parking or pay 60 a night just to park which if it was 60 for the entire stay might have made a difference but no 60 a night is ridiculous.

I enjoyed my stay because of the person I went on vacay with.

I liked that it was beautiful.

Literally have no perks you literally pay to sleep, there are no complimentary anything. No parking, or even breakfast and they charge to use their WiFi . The internet at the very least could have been included but to pay $200 a night is not worth it when Drury cost less and have free parking, breakfast and dinner and not to mention 2 free drinks with your dinner as well. So yeah it was really nothing special.

Overall it was okay the guy was great bringing us our food via room service

Good location

1st room had urine on the toilet, smelled like weed, tub was dirty. The young female with plaits that works at the convenience store needs to have better customer service skills. Valet was full, which was the whole reason for stay, for valet it wld have been nice if we were given a heads up that valet may or may not be full on arrival

Truly a gem

The view of the city was amazing. The infrastructure of the hotel was exceptional. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

No parking. Valet was the only option and due to high volume we had to come down with our ticket and wait for valet to pull the car around. Our beds were really low to the floor.

I would recommend to anyone to stay here it was so relaxing.

It was beautiful inside and had nice views. Also amazing customer service from staff and housekeeping.

We had no complaints at all the entire stay, but we just wish we could have had a microwave in the room but other than that everything was excellent!

Enjoyable stay! Room service was great.

The room was modern and sheik. The space was great.

Valet and the garage were booked. I had to park down the street in a public parking garage. Then walk back to the hotel with my luggage. The morning I checked out I called the front desk to ask if I had to come down to check out and was told yes. Waited in line to check out only to be told that I didn’t have to.

Overall my stay was great, any problem I had ot was fixed yo make sure I enjoyed the rest of my stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was perfect. The elevator ride was an experience on it's own.

The bathtub has a leak, which seep in the carpet; which made the room wet. Called guest service and they brought up a bunch of towels instead of fixing the problem.

I will definitely stay again.

The staff was very polite, and I felt safe to walk around the hotel alone. The view was AMAZING. The bed was comfortable even though I had to clean the area around the bed a little.

I did not like the fact that the bed had hair on it (not much), the bathroom had hair on the floor and tub area, the tub needed to be scrubbed a little due to the appearance of soap scum or dirt at the bottom of the tub, food was on and around the bed area, very dusty around the window area and a scarf was left in the room near the cups and ice bucket.

Beautiful hotel old but still nice

My room was not ready at 4 pm. I have to wait until 6.30 to get my room . Our TV was not working properly.. we ordered breakfast the next morning, and it came without silverware. A coffee was missing , and the bread was not what we ordered .. at the time, they brought the folks .. breakfast was cold 😒

Never again for that price

No parking available even though the hotel had a parking garage. It was full and had no accommodations for guest. Had to park out of walking distance from the hotel.

Заезд оформляли 1,5 часа! приняли за двоих 4250 долларов, а пытались подсунуть чек на сумму вдвое меньше 2125. Пришлось заставлять доставать уплаченную сумму и пересчитывать. При выписке оформили счет на сумму 1750 долларов на каждого, что по 375 долларов меньше, чем уплаченная реально сумма (всего недосчитали на 750 долларов за двоих). Так и не получилось взять у них счет на всю сумму, так как сказали, что в системе числится сумма на 1750 долл за 7 дней. До человека, который оформлял заезд не дозвонились (у нее был выходной), менеджер, который неоднократно подходил к нам при оформлении заезда, пошел в отказ и не стал подтверждать переданную нами сумму. В итоге для бухгалтерии (а мы были в командировке) нам дали счет на меньшую сумму, чем мы реально уплатили. обещали во всем разобраться и отправить реальный счет на почту. Но ответа так и не последовало. А еще не дают адаптер для розетки для подключения устройств с евровилкой. Предложили купить у них в магазине, но там они закончились. Сказали также, что у них отсутствует бизнес-центр и нет возможности бесплатного доступа к компьютеру и интернету. также предложили за дополнительную плату и в ограниченные часы получить в коммерческом учреждении, договариваться надо было самим. А по факту и то, и другое было бесплатно в лаунже, доступ в который нами был оплачен (по 75 дол в сутки на человека), только когда это обнаружилось, нам это уже не было нужно. Заплатили отдельно за поздний выезд в 17.00, а когда пришли в 11.00 (!), то есть еще не истекло время стандартного выезда, кровать уже была разобрана, наволочки, простынь и пододеяльник убраны, комната была в состоянии, как после выселения. Мы жили га 45 этаже, ездить туда приходилось на одном единственном лифте, так как два других были в нерабочем состоянии! в итоге рабочий лифт было невозможно дождаться и он всегда был битком набит. Хуже отеля и отношения персонала за всю богатую историю своих путешествий я не встречал.

никому не рекомендую заселяться. обходите стороной этот низкосортный мотель за стоимость фешенебельного отеля.

ничего хорошего за эти деньги. отвратительное обслуживание, которого просто нет.
