Nestled in Traverse City, this attractive condo for $417 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: Welcome to our trendy and modern condo, located just minutes from downtown Traverse City and Old Mission peninsula, home to award winning wineries and breathtaking views. Conveniently located along the Traverse City TART trail, where you are a short bike ride (2 bikes are included) or walk to many breweries, restaurants, and all that downtown Traverse City has to offer. The Space: Our unit 418 is one of the featured units in Trailside 45, it is located on the 4th which is also the top floor (so no noise above you), as a corner unit it provides additional square footage with an ideal layout. It is located on the preferred south side of the building, which provides plenty of sunshine for the spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is also conveniently located on the same floor as the buildings featured community room which provides guest with a great space for entertaining or gathering prior to your evening out! We want our guest to truly enjoy their stay while visiting Traverse City. Therefore we provide everything you need for a worry free and memorable stay. Our two bedroom two bathroom unit sleeps up to six guest with all new comfortable modern furnishings. At just under 1000 sq feet this unit has a full kitchen and dining area stocked with all of your cooking essentials (utensils, dishes, basic cookware, paper towel, dishwasher pods, soap, and a Keurig coffee pot with single cup/pod option). We will provide a couple of k-cups and bags to get your stay started on the right foot. The cozy living space includes a full sized sofa with lounger and comfortable pop up sleeper, relax while watching the large screen smart tv with cable in front of the cozy electric fire place. Need to work while on vacation? There is a dedicated work station provided for your convenience. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattresses, smart night stands, a flat screen TV, large walk in closet with all of the essentials including bedding and towels, and a full en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, smart night stands, large walk in closet, and a en-suite bathroom. Our unit also Includes a full size washer and dryer. We provide a number of additional amenities such as board games and yoga equipment. Other Things to Note: **Since this condo is right off of the beautiful TART Trail we included two bikes that are available for guest use. Right off the elevator is a bike locker with two geared bicycles. There is a grey fob on a white lanyard hanging in the closet by the front door in the unit. You will need to use that in order to open the bike room. There are two green bikes hanging in spot 48 and 49. Brand is Scorpio Pacific. The female bike has a basket on the front and the male bike has a package storage rack on the back. The male bike has a hand tire pump that is attached to the frame along with a bike combo lock for securing the bikes while out on the town. (Pictures of the bikes are in the listing photos) Additional bicycle repair tools are located on the first floor of Trailside45. One bicycle helmet has been left in the unit’s closet for your convenience. PLEASE BE AWARE IF THE KEY FOB IS LOSET OR MISSING AFTER YOUR STAY IT IS A $150 CHARGE TO THE GUEST**

This condo was perfect for our Traverse City getaway. Great location, easy check in, checkout procedures, very nicely decorated, plenty of space for us (3 adults) and just minutes from wineries and downtown. Would definitely recommend! Great communication with the owner.

Traveling to compete in the Sleeping Bear Dunes Marathon so a group of women and lots of stuff. Overall it was nice and clean. It was great being right by the Tart Trail and we walked in to downtown Traverse City one night on the trail. It was enough space for 5 women. Would have been nice to have queen sized beds, but it was fine for a long weekend.

We can’t say enough good things about this stay. Check in was super easy. Check out was even easier. Complimentary bottle of wine was so a great idea! The TART trail is attached so walking down to some local breweries was so easy. We will be staying again!

This is a great condo. Very clean, good location, had everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Would definitely stay again when we return to the area!

This location was ideal for biking on the TART trail and beyond. We easily managed 60 miles in two days. We brought are own bikes but the unit provides two bike plus storage for two. The unit was immaculate and came with a completely furnished kitchen including the coffee, tea, etc. There is a great loose leaf binder with photos of restaurant and activity suggestions. It was very helpful. There is ample parking in the lot. Our foursome would definitely return.

We stayed two nights at this comfortable, well equipped property close to downtown Traverse City. We had everything we needed and more. Questions were answered in lightening speed by the gracious host. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was in a good place to access things around Traverse City. Overall the place worked well for us with two bathrooms and three beds.

We brought our two teenagers and toddler with us and we enjoyed the place. The pull out couch was clutch. Location was great and the place was so clean and the check out process was seamless. Would highly recommend. Anymore than five people would be tight.

I would stay again. Close to everything. Perfect for a family or 2 couples with rooms on both sides with full bathrooms. Great decoration and super comfortable. Loved everything about it!

We stayed for an extended time at this condo. It was central to all of the places we needed to go. It is very modern, clean, and well equipped with plenty of supplies, bedding, and linens. The host always responded very quickly and was very accommodating. We highly recommend this and would definitely come back!
