This condo was a great place for us to stay for a long weekend on SPI. When we arrived, it took us a bit longer to figure out where the condo was at because the elevator was out, but there were workers there working to fix it. And once we figured out where the condo was, it was very easy.
When we arrived on the property, there was no one at the office to check in. There were signs everywhere saying check in required, but we weren't able to check in until our second day to get parking passes. I'm sure it's a much bigger deal during the summer; there was tons of parking and the property was pretty quiet in December.
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to get ready. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quick walk down to the beach was fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again!

This place has a great set up and great location. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were a great addition for our kids. The pool being heated gave our kids something to do when it was windy or cold. The location to beach is in walking distance which is added bonus! The rooms were spacious and everyone in our family had their own space. We will be staying here again in the future!

Extremely clean. 2 bunk beds in one rooms the girls I took 4 and 6 really loved them. My grandson love the other room too. Easy ti access everyone staying there were very friendly, will go back soon

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is right on the beach, so our walk out to the water every day was short and sweet. We loved all the extras available for our use (sand toys, umbrellas, etc.) The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 7. We wished there were more linens, both in the bathrooms and kitchen, but beach towels were provided for us, which was nice. We had an issue in the kitchen with the dishwasher and hot water in the sink, but someone came out super quick and fixed us back up. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the location was perfect. We had 3 moms/4daughters so would have liked more than 8 towels and a couple of extra mirrors in bedrooms. The condo was a bit dirty and there is a few things that need to be repaired. Ice Maker on refrigerator not working and was leaking water on the floor and the hall shower was not attached to the wall. The bathrooms could use a bit updating but overall everything was comfortable and perfect for our short trip.

Enjoyed our now second time staying here. The building and proximity were quiet, beach was not crowded (barely anyone else there most days), and we appreciated having a heated pool, beach view, and a clean and comfortable condo.

It was a great stay in a nice condo. Most amenities were available and working. Had an electrical issue while I'm the visit. Beds wer fabulously comfortable. Everything in the kitchen you could possibly need on your stay. Amazing beach view from this unit. The only down side is the multiple long codes that you have to enter. My only complaint is the 10 am check out. Most places at least give until 11 am.

Our family and extended family stays at Sea Vista every summer and have stayed in quite a few of them now. They have all been very nice but always had something we wished was different. (Ex: location, mattresses not so comfy, price, etc…) This condo has it all! The view from its balcony overlooking the ocean and the grassy area below where our kids played made it the perfect location. We miss having our morning coffee with that view. The patio is shaded throughout the day so it’s really pleasant morning and evening. The owners are friendly, the unit is beautiful having everything you need and more and the beds are comfy too! Just like home. We can’t wait to come back and rebook this condo.

The condo looked just like the pictures, everything was clean and updated. The owners were great to work with and they were available for any questions! Property was beach front and gated which made us feel safer! Would definitely come back here!!!

Condo is as listed and is clean and spacious. Gated community felt safe and keyless entry was easy access for everyone in our party. Plenty of towels, cookware and all the household essentials you would need for a few days away from home. We had six adults 18+ in our party and had enough room for everyone! Beach is right outside the condo building on a private walkway making it easy to carry back and forth all the things you need for a day at the beach. Owner was super responsive and quick to answer all our questions and even provided a beach wagon at our request. Highly recommend this property.

Secure and quiet. Well appointed, cute, clean and comfy place. As advertised. Kitchen well stocked, appreciated the Ninja for smoothies and Keurig. Appreciated seeing ALL brand free and clear detergent. Don't know why this is rare - nearly everyone can use it, both people with and without sensitivities. Only a small view of the beach but, glad to have it, and had a direct view of the sunrise. Quick 1-2 minute walk to the beach, wasn't crowded or dirty, surprising for the end of spring break month. Also, the pool water was warm!!! Have encountered a lot of cold pools at vrbo's. Loved the food and beer at Padre Island brewing and kids loved going to gravity park, the amusement park, easy 5 min drive to those. Will be back!

Great location, close to the beach, well maintained property. We had a fantastic stay as new snowbirds who just retired. The condo has a great layout and kitchen with great appliances, cookware and dishes. No complaints, would definitely book again!

Everything was wonderful. The property was decorated simply, but beautiful and anything we could need was there from toys to kitchen. The property owner was super responsive. The complex is well cared for, the pool was warm the walk to the beach was short and well maintained. The island was fun with plenty to do at an island pace. My whole family can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a fabulous vacation destination!!

Although the deck is not beachfront, you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. It was very relaxing to just sit out in the deck and listen to the waves crash. This place was perfect for our family of 8. We had plenty of room to relax, eat sleep and play. We had plenty of bath towels and beach towels which were nice heavy, thick, absorbent towels!! The beds were super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids!! They each had their own bed and there were mattresses on trundles so there were beds for two more in addition to the four single bunks. Craig was amazing at communicating and accommodating us…even after a change in our plans. Thankfully his schedule allowed him the flexibility to extend our stay an extra day!! The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme! There were spices in the cupboard as well as coffee and grilling items. There was also a basket with rackets for playing tennis and a bun full of sand / beach items!! I couldn’t be more happy with our accommodations!! There were some ants on the counter, but there were ant traps set out and we just didn’t leave extra food sit out. We had a problem with the garbage disposal leaking and when I told Craig he offered to send someone over right away to look at it. The ice maker wasn’t working on the fridge, but may have been operator error. We bought a bag of ice and kept it in the freezer, so problem solved there too. All in all, I would go back and I would definitely stay here again!!

Had one question for owner and he responded in less than 5 minutes. Condo was very clean and well equipped from kitchen to extra chairs and toys for the beach and tennis rackets available for the courts in back. Great pool. Highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything we needed was included and the location was perfect. The beach access was very close and since it’s on the southern part of the island the beach was less crowded. The property manager was kind and answered all our questions. Our whole family had fantastic time on this beach getaway!

Great property with all the amenities! We were very close to the beach and were able to enjoy the ocean and easily go back to the condo to eat a quick meal. We cooked one night and had all we needed as the kitchen was well stocked. We had kids with us that also swam in the pool and played tennis and pickle ball on the courts. We would love to stay at this property again!

The property was excellent. The condo was clean and as described. It had everything we needed to have a fun and exciting stay on the island. Communication from the owner was excellent. Condo was right on the beach and the pools were great for a dip after being at the beach. I would recommend this location for anyone coming to SPI. Thanks!

Excellent beautiful beachfront condo! Highly recommend this property. Gorgeous decorated clean fully equipped kitchen, many bath towels plus beach towels, perfect view to the beach and swimming pool. We loved having the beach private access just footsteps away! Owner Craig Morrow communicates greatly! Made sure our arrival check in went well. It was our first time staying on the island and plan to make it an every summer getaway.

This condo was very roomy, clean and had lots of closets and drawers for storage. For cooking, there were accessories in the kitchen- blender, pots and pans, mugs, dishes etc The kitchen is newly remodeled with great appliances like a full size fridge, microwave and oven. There were beach chairs and boogie boards as well as games for our family to use, all in good condition. We did have an issue with the back door being almost impossible to open so we had trouble getting to the balcony where the beach stuff was stored. The ac was not cooling and it was muggy when we first arrived. We asked for a maintenance person to change the filter and clean the unit and then it worked well. While checking in at the office, my father-in-law was stung multiple times by bees that swarmed him in the parking lot. The beach was clean and we had easy access. The pool at the facility was a good fill in, when not at the beach and it was decently maintained. We had a good experience overall and the communication with the owner was very good. My feeling is that they do value their rental and that they would do whatever necessary to accommodate guests.
