Great stay in the middle of Kannai!
It had all the amenities we needed and more.
Loved the 2 hours at the self-service bar. Unfortunately, we underestimated the quality of what they were offering but we’ll be back again to make better use of the 2 hours!

A perfect place for a solo relaxing stay.
plentiful of amenities, free drinks and deserts, massage chair
Kind of old wiring in the room( the electrical plug was so old it hardly charged my phone. The room light switch kinda Rome on me. ) A bit tight room.

Superb
Nice rooms with a spacious bathroom and additional spa materials. Free bar and snacks in the evening.
A little bit pricey, but the perks were good. Be careful if booking to go to stadium as there are 2 Yokohama stadiums. Yokohama and the international Nissan Yokohama stadium. In very different places.

Over priced and not enjoyable
Free bar in the evening.
Confusion with the booking. I booked a twin room but somehow it went through as single occupancy. May have been an issue with booking.com rather than with the hotel. Very expensive hotel, cramped rooms, and not a very nice area.

Balinese theme, easy access
The location was good, close to JR and subway stations. We arrived by shinkansen and it was easy to get to Kannai Station which is 10 minutes' walk from the hotel; about 10-15 minutes' walk to the Noge bar and restaurant area. Both subway lines are within easy walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the Balinese theme; our room had a spa bath and the hotel provided lots of free toiletries etc. The cleaning service was good. There was a free bar each evening and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful, mostly Japanese style.
Our room was a bit dark and felt cramped, though for a city hotel this is to be expected. The bathroom was a good size.
