Pigtown market multi cultural restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and relaxing feels. Full kitchen gadgets and so much more in this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Property was not clean. Layer of dust on vents. Deberé in fridge. Dust and crumbs on floor and counter tops. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Bathrooms dingy. Half a role of toilet paper with no additional stock. Scuffs and paint discoloration on walls. One pot one pan one knife. Two sets of utensils. No coffee maker. TV with no cable or local antenna.

Advertised as having 3 tvs (only had 2)
Stairway rail to 3rd floor taped together
Both bathroom towel racks broken
Iron and ironing board would have been a luxury

Hot water not sufficient for morning showers

Lady’s underwear found under bed in lower bdrm
