The house wasn’t dirty but it did not have a professional clean. There were a few cobwebs on the stairs, if you move the lamp on the night stand you can see it hasn’t been moved to clean underneath. Small things like that. No do rely on the cooking utensil, the dish washer was full of probably clean dishes but we ran it anyway. There is a very random assortment of cutlery, dish ware, cookware. Bring your own supplies if you want to cook.
The beds were comfy. There were plenty of pillows and bedding and towels. The place is stylishly decorated. The pull out couch is very comfy. Easy to find, plenty of parking, nice neighbor, felt safe staying here.

Let me start off by saying we did enjoy our stay but the house was lacking in dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for all 10 of us. There was a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower but everything was empty. There were socks and garbage under the bed and a condom in a wrapper in one of the dresser drawers. There was some flour or something spilled all over in the kitchen cupboard. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but the next door neighbor was very friendly. We watched a drug deal go down across the street.

The house was as advertised…but the microwave was dirty and we had to clean it as soon as we got there. Our dog found some old bread under the bed and one of the drawers in the room had an old dried up condom in it….The house wasn’t completely bad but the neighborhood was very sketchy. I had to keep looking outside to make sure the car we had wasn’t going to get stolen….rent with caution
