A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-house dining, and the cozy entertainment area invites you to relax with a film or a glass of wine by the garden. The Neighborhood: Situated in the Le Marais district, the spacious vacation apartment puts you in the magnificent heart of Paris. Here in the 4th arrondissement, you’ll be surrounded by historical and cultural attractions, gorgeous architecture, and chic sidewalk cafes. The area’s many museums include the National Archives Museum (3 min. walk), the Picasso Museum (7 min), and the stunning centuries-old art collections of the Cognacq-Jay Museum (8 min. walk). Other Things to Note: *** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS *** - National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€. 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. No smoking on interior areas. 6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster. 7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
