We enjoyed our stay at the Lindsey mill cabin. Our favorite part was the decks looking over the creek.

Lindsey Mill is the most unique place we have ever stayed. Very cozy and cute and it has all the little things. We were blessed with alot of snow and freezing temperatures. It was magically. The hosts were so kind and checked in on us and even helped us find open roads to get out. We will be back to see it in the spring.

We stayed 3 nights in this delightful cabin. The cabin was cozy and felt like home. The little stream running by was a nice touch. Everything was as advertized. The fireplaces were really nice and made the experience even better. Everything worked and the host commujicated with us at light speed. Definitely 5 stars.

The house was great. They whole family enjoyed the main house, harvest house, and cottage. The view is amazing, day and night. The house has all what you need except food and drinks. We are looking forward to come again next year.

Cabin was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect place to get away to.... Like coming to a home, way better than an old hotel room. It was quiet, cozy and clean cabin. The host was the best we have ever encountered with VRBO. We would rate more than 5 stars if possible.

Perfect getaway spot for couples who don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. The hot tub over the creek was perfect and we enjoyed seeing bears cross the creek from the safety and comfort of the hot tub - it was about a 7-10 minute drive to the local grocery store (Food City) and about 15 into town. Very clean and welcoming!

Many things that a prospective renter should know are not included in this listing. First what’s good. The owner responded very quickly to issues that had to do with safety and our health and those issues were reduced but not mitigated. The cabin was decorated perfectly. The bed and bedding was comfortable. Now for the rest. First. The owner sent me a direct communication through VRBO asking me to not put any negative information about their property online in a public forum, instead I was and did report those issues only in a no public manner. I felt I was being asked to be dishonest. The listing is NOT where the map shows it to be. We didn’t find this out until we went searching for the property. It’s wS 12 miles away from where the map shows it to be. Next, we had to leave the property a day early due to smoke smell that could it get mitigated. They tried but it was not safe to stay. Next, the property is not as isolated as the pictures make it seem. There is one more major issue but the owner needs to reveal this on the listing as anyone expecting to get a good night’s sleep would want to know about this.

This property was pretty much as described in the listing. You can hear traffic from the road. The babbling creek is great! Owners were pleasant, very easy to get in touch with, accommodating. Cabin was clean, kitchen was supplied well with dishes, utensils, baking items.
The downstairs is chilly even with fire as noted by others as well. If you are short note the bed is VERY VERY high! We used the steps from the hot tub for me, that was not fun trying to get out in the middle of the night … it is comfy though.

It was a very nice place to place. Had a very odd odor in the cabin and the water pressure in the shower was low and got very hot.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. We were about 20 minutes from all the attractions in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed being away from the city, but close enough to enjoy it during the day. Listening to the creek and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening brought our eventful days in the city to a peaceful close. The cabin was very clean and cozy; not to be confused with small, we had a ton of space! This was the most relaxing and beautiful place we have stayed.

This property is nice for couples and the driveway is not steep, which is a plus. It is an easy ride to downtown and the national park. The only downside is there is only one bathroom and it is upstairs.

Nice cabin by a running creek, away from the busy area of Gatlinburg.. i would stay again

Beautiful and quiet setting on a small creek. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening while listening to the stream and birds is sublime. Close enough to town and services but far enough to seem isolated. The cabin is great and as described and advertised. Awesome base for exploring the Smokies or relaxing.

Secluded cabin less than 15min from downtown Gatlinburg. We loved it! When we arrived the jacuzzi was waiting for us at the perfect temperature. The gentle sound of the creek along side the cabin with its waters flowing over the rocks can easily put you to sleep. FANTASTIC!! Highly recommended.

The only problem I had is with the directions where the road is listed to turn on dead ends you have to go down another road to get to it they need to be more clear

If you love a warm real wood fire in the fireplace this cabin is for you!! Excellent location without the narrow curvy drive that you have to most cabins! My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. This was our 3rd visit there!! We always bring a truckload of firewood from home as its quite expensive in the area!

PLEASE update your directions to find your cabin!! As many of your guests undoubtedly arrive, as we did, evening with waning light we had a very difficult time finding the place. The Greenbriar Valley Vacations Office NO LONGER exists --- the business is now WELLNESS THROUGH SPA! You might want to alert your visitors that the signage is quaint but difficult to read with no daylight!
We enjoyed staying out of the Gatlinburg area and the area restaurants were great! The creek that you sit on was awesome for morning coffee and relaxing.
A box of kleenex would have been nice in the bathroom! Also, there were no extra linens as promised -- we like using that 3rd pillow and were not able to as there wasn't another pillow case! And, a couple of extra towels would have been nice to use for the hot tub alone especially since there are no laundry facilities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Smokies, hiking & the fall foliage was such a treat. Thank you.

House was fine. Great location a bit far from Gatlinburg but that’s a plus. Brook was cool.
Coffee maker crashed the first morning , they had a new one there that afternoon. Trout pond has fish I caught some bass & perch. Overall the stay was fantastic

We had a great experience at Lindsey Mill! So peaceful and quiet. The bubbling creek and nature sounds was all we could hear. Property seemed to be very secluded, but not out in the middle of nowhere. Easy to get to thanks to the easy to follow directions from owners. We hope to get back there soon. Best vacation ever!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and relaxing. There is a stream that can be viewed from the porch. Nice comfy chairs to relax on while listening to the sound of the stream. It was a nice getaway for the weekend.

The cabin was wonderful in such a beautiful setting! The porches were my favorite over the stream!!

The smell from the steps up to bedroom, the water dripping from different directions of the ceiling, the wet carpet, the dead roaches under the couch, the stained and the dirty rocking chair foam are all overwhelming negatives of this rental cabin. Those are the reason we left a day early. I will not recommend this cabin or come back to this place ever.

We spent most of our time just sitting on the porches looking at the creek and enjoying the hot tub. It was very relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable.

The nice peace of heaven. My husband and I enjoyed the porch with fresh sounds of porch view stream and hot tub. The 1 bedroom bed was very comfortable located upstairs with bathroom and spacious shower. The kitchen was large with living area. Thanks for a relaxing long weekend.
