Located in Raleigh, this lovely house for $160 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Bring the whole family to this cozy home with lots of room for fun. Set in a quaint neighborhood just minutes from downtown Raleigh. Pets welcome! This home is situated on a friendly neighborhood street. Features include four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washer and dryer and comfortable living and dining areas. There is a covered patio with furniture in the back with a very large private fenced in yard. The front porch has a porch swing and where you can enjoy morning coffee. Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village, Midtown and North Hills, and Red Hat Amphitheater, which hosts some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC is just 10 minutes away, 10 minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds and a quick 15 minute drive to RDU International Airport. WakeMed Hospital is also just minutes away. It is self check in so anytime you arrive after 4:00 is fine. I will always just be a phone call away if needed but allow you privacy to enjoy your space. PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a pet and you do not add the $75 pet fee to your initial reservation, it will be double once you arrive at the property or if not disclosed at all, there will be a $500 fine. There will also be an additional cleaning fee if you allow your pets on the furniture or bedding. No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the home. It is only on the outside of the apartment, there are no cameras inside the home. There is a noise monitoring device inside the home, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

My family and I traveled to Raleigh to visit family and go to the beautiful Chinese Lantern festival in Cary. My five year old grandson loved the house and gave us plenty of places to play hide-and-seek! The home was very clean and simple. The location was great! It put us in a spot between Cary and Wake Forest, where we visited family.

Stay was good. Plenty of space for us. Some suggestions: new refrigerator..or at least ice cube trays. Dangerous having a light bulb hanging down in the middle of the main section. Door should open the other direction for ease. Living room is really not big enough to hold 8-10 people as description says. I would remove the wooden table in the living room as it wobbles and shakes when walking though; put more seating there or near the steps. had some minor issues, but overall was nice

The host was a great communicator and the back and front porches were really nice to sit on. It was clean and stocked with what we were expecting. We couldn’t find extra towels. One of the mattresses was 5’ long, which was uncomfortable. Overall it was good.

This was a great house. Midge was great and responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Just as advertised. Comfortable. Couldn’t find a cookie sheet! Could use some puzzles/games and more books but super comfy and cozy. Will return!
