Some noise does travel from one unit to the other, as does the fragrance of aromatic cooking. PARKING There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking. OUTDOOR SPACES Covered front patio with dining table. Propane BBQ is on a paver pad adjacent to the front porch, but is not covered. ------------------------------------ AMENITIES Kitchenware, linens and furniture are inspected between every guest. If we missed something let us know and we will get it replaced quickly. We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions. Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, so we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals. The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.
