Wifi, cable TV and small patio as well. Very modern and nice. The condo has a private patio that overlooks the nearby Sea Park SPI (waterpark) and parking lot. All tile, white quartz counters, new walk in tile shower, condo is fresh, bright, and like new inside. HIgh speed WIFI for work remote or school. Flat screen with cable in living room. Patio is private and offers a limited view of the bay in the nearby water park one downside to the property as there is only one reserved parking space included with it and usually there's no spots open in guest parking if you need additional parking I recommend the Intermodal parking lot the city owns which is about three city blocks away Please read house rules prior to booking.
