Our set up is to Accommodate The Avid Fisherman, Scalloper, Scuba Diver Or Just to Relax On The Water to Watch The Sunset! 50’ Seawall- 30' fixed dock (BOAT LIFT LOWERS INTO THE WATER DURING YOUR STAY) and 12' floating dock. Less than a mile from Fort Island Trail Boat Ramp, Minutes From Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Multiple Restaurants & Watering Holes On The Water By Boat Or By Vehicle. Take a left out of our Canal - Minutes To The Gulf Of Mexico For Grouper, Snapper Fishing And Scalloping. (Please Check FWC Regulations For Seasons) Turn right out of our canal to head to Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs for some fresh water fun, See the Manatees, or go to restaurants. Home Includes an Outside Grill, Washer & Dryer. FREE WI-FI. Fully Furnished, Just Bring Your Necessities & let the Adventure Begin! Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles & one boat trailer across the street (from driveway). Master has Queen Bed. 2nd Bedroom has 2 Full size beds. Living Room has a Day Bed with a trundle Kitchen is fully stocked: Range, Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig and Reg Coffee Pot, toaster and toaster oven. Plenty of Linens and bath towels. Outside: Dock with shore power, fish cleaning table. Floating dock for kayaks or getting on & off your boat, gas Grill, chairs. Back yard is fenced in. No fence along dock.

We were thrilled with this VRBO. Location was wonderful, place was adorable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Excellent fishing right off the dock. Comfy beds, immaculately clean. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I took my son and a buddy fishing between summer and fall semester. The fishing was so-so, but we made some good memories. The location and home were perfect. They could easily get out on the river, but it was easy enough to run to town for whatever I forgot. Due to the time of our stay, the location was super quiet which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was clean and decorated nicely. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Super close to boat ramp and marina making it easy to bring boat and grab supplies. The town is adorable with plenty of activities to entertain the family.

We loved staying here and everything was as described. House is done really nice, yard well cared for. Great communication and easy to deal with. Right on the water with a boat lift and dock. Location was perfect for everything on the water, boat ramp 5 minutes from location and many good restaurants within 15 min by car or boat. We recommend and will stay again. Thanks

Trevor and Rayna were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was super clean and cozy, and located close to everything we needed. The boat lift was perfect, we had a wonderful weekend of scalloping with friends. Hope to visit again!

We are a family of 3-husband, wife, and a small dog. This was our first time in the area of the springs, all the water-related activities and beauty made this a wonderful vacation. We are travel in an Rv so this was a blessing. When we left we decided it was 100x better to stay in this vrbo What we loved:1. The openness of the home, 2 full bathrooms with soaps, shampoos & towels. 2. 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, extra pillows, soft sheets, TVs, and room to move around. 3. Kitchen with a huge country-type sink, cups, glasses, dishes, silverware, stove, microwave & refrigerator, and room to move around 4. Dining space open to the family room surrounded by windows to the canal. Boats floating by & beautiful views. 5. Family room with modular couch attached recline seat, an adjacent couch that could be a fold-out bed, and a large screen TV. 6. Seating & grill area outside at the house looking at the canal 7. Small fenced yard, most yards on the canal were small 8. Extra parking space at the house connecting to the road 9. Good road for walking our dog. One side of the road has canal-front homes & the other side is dense greenery with palm trees and tall bushes. 10. The home is a short drive to the grocery, dollar store, liquor store, restaurants, Kings Bay water activity, parks, and The Gulf of Mexico beach. 11. Neighbors are friendly 12. A clothes Washer & Dryer outside a side door with easy access to the house
