In addition to the beach you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park just 200 yards away. Within walking distance of the house you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, a dog park, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island. It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The areas best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away. There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor day.
