The apartment is spacious and well-designed, offering you the ultimate freedom to treat it as your home for your stay. Located in a quiet area of Surfers you will be able to enjoy comfort and rest. But being within walking distance of bars and restaurants, the fun will still never be too far away. Although good things come to an end, ask us about our special discounts for long stays to help you see everything Surfer’s Paradise has to offer. Our Space Before we have the pleasure of welcoming you to Paradise, let us highlight some of the main things you might like to know about the apartment. But if there’s anything that we don’t mention, please feel free to message us and we’ll seek to get back to you as soon as we can. We try to provide all of the essentials we think you might need to treat the apartment like your own home. You’ll be able to cook your dinner, have free access to Netflix to unwind with a film and shower before bed with the confidence that you don’t need to rush back out for anything. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself. Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability. Free parking on site is straightforward to access with your guest key. Ask us if your car will fit in the garage or about any other accessibility questions you may have. Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at a key safe. Other things to note We Provide: • Fresh towels, linen and sheets - Cooking essentials • Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap • Fast WiFi (up to 50mbps) Available (for extra charge): • Extra Foldable Single beds • Early check-in or late check-out • Baby cot / baby chair / baby stroller • Beach Equipment • You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am No parties or antisocial behaviour No additional people are to access the property without prior approval of Vacay Rentals No smoking is allowed at any times If you break something, please let us know To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property • It is a private resident hence the Building manager or reception will not be able to assist you during your stay. • Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. • IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property. • When checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: Please leave all beds unmade Please clean up your dishes and put them away In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed • The extra foldabe bed/ baby cot/high chair is only available on request at least 2 days before your stay. • IMPORTANT - We reserve the right to request the reservation holder to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival for Identity Verification and Anti-Fraud Measures as part of the Check-In process. • Lock out during weekday business hours (9 am to 5 pm), we may arrange for an additional key (if available) at an extra charge of $ 50.00 AUD. After hours/weekends, a locksmith will have to be arranged which can cost up to $250.00 AUD. • Lost or stolen keys may incur a $250 replacement fee including the change of lock and keys • If excess cleaning/repairs are required (standard cleaning and linen is included in your price), such as Wall Damage, Color Stains on carpet need to be treated by professional cleaning, this must be applied to your account. The minimum excess charge is AUD $150. Please enjoy yourself and make sure you look after our property and follow the important booking terms and conditions. • Please comply with the Body Corporate policy, the Hotel house rules and respect neighbours and staff during the stay. The Body Corporate / Hotel Security / Owners / Holiday Paradise take breaches of the policy&rules and other issues involving common sense seriously. The breach may result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property. Kindly note if the guests are evicted, the guests will be responsible for the corresponding losses, penalty charges and will have to cover their own cost.
