The condo is well appointed and has lots of extras My only complaint is that the pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases. The Condo was clean and had beautiful views.

Such a great place to stay! Condo clean and comfortable. Fantastic view of Mt. Leconte and Ober Ski Resort. We enjoyed watching people ski down the mountain from the balcony and the Master bedroom. Owner was very courteous with answering questions in a timely manor. If there was one thing, it would be that the pictures need to be updated. There has been several houses and cabins built since photos were posted on site.
We would definitely stay here again!

Paulette is a great host who answered any questions we had promptly. The location can't be beat. We wanted somewhere away from the noises in town but yet close enough (7-10 minutes) to drive into the town or the national park. We found drive fairly straightforward if you follow Paulette's direction and not Google's. Hilly drive but not scary or dangerous at all. Right next to Ober Gatlinburg, where our kids enjoyed some snow tubing. The place is very clean; everything just like advertised. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Lots of space for our family of 4. We enjoyed the faux fireplace. You do need to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. Overall, a great stay and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

The condo is VERY clean and well equipped. The trip up the mountain is not one I would want to make multiple times daily but to go out for the day and then relax in the evening it’s perfect. Would stay here again.

This place is gorgeous! Not the easiest to drive to, especially if you’re afraid of heights, but we made it! And it’s sooooooooo worth it!!! Will definitely go again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the perch. The condo was so clean, the complex very quiet and the location was convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The views of Mt. Leconte off the porch were breath-taking. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our stay was awesome. The place was super cozy and homey feeling. Lots of useful items in the kitchen, patio, etc. The view was spectacular! Although it was only my husband and myself, we're considering taking our kids to the same place! Only downside is the walk up the stairs, but that's what it takes sometimes for that VIEW!

Everything was what we expected. Very clean and cozy love sitting out on the back porch. Unfortunately, we never saw a bear outback but when we left and checked out, we saw a little cub on the road. Definitely recommend as five stars.

Perfect size for 2 couples. Owner was very responsive when we contacted her with questions. Just far enough away from town to enjoy the peace and quiet but a short drive to downtown. Would recommend this place.

This chalet is beautiful and spacious. We had a great time. Very clean and beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. I loved that there was a Keurig and kcups available! There were other kind accommodations that we enjoyed!

Very nice condominium set in a beautiful location. Family of bears playing in the yard below on our first day was beyond exciting. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the area.

Very cool setting; beautiful views; unit is nicely appointed & all we needed was readily available! Four people staying here was perfect. Only issue was the toilet seat in the second bathroom was very loose. I tried to contact the owner but she didn’t respond at all after we got there. My husband tightened it.

I loved our stay! The condo was so clean. The kitchen had every appliance you could ever need. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on the deck every morning and evening and saw bears behind the condo at least once a day. While driving to the property we also saw many bears. We saw several cubs as well. I will come again.

Nice clean well equipped. We were inly in tiwn fir a day, but the mattress was excellent and we slept like babies.

Property as described. It was quiet, great location to Gatlinburg and the park. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Great place wish we could have stayed longer. Will stay there again on our next trip to the Smokey’s.

We went to national park for a few days. The condo was very nice—clean and roomy! The ONLY negative thing was that we had a hard time finding it. Our GPS kept leading us wrong. But that’s our problem. 😉 We had a lovely time in this gorgeous condo!!

We loved our place and it was very clean! Unfortunately the roof was leaking and it woke us up 3 nights since it rained 3 nights. The owner was very responsive and said they are working with the Home Owners Association to get it fixed.

It was very clean. We’ve stayed at a few different condos and this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked place. I brought hand soap, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc and didn’t need any of it. Location was good - definitely follow the directions on the reservation and not gps. We had no trouble finding it or driving there. We saw a bear walking along the street and digging through someone’s truck bed, so be aware!
Owner was great at communication and answered any questions we had. I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay- condo was spacious, and clean. We appreciated having laundry soap and coffee provided. Condo was somewhat difficult to locate, so be prepared for lots of twisty mountain roads- the views make it worth it :)

The condo was very nice. We had a great weekend. It rained 3 of our 4 days and we were so high up that it was quite foggy, but that was kind of cool too. When the sun did come out, wow, right on that wonderful balcony and the view was great. Had our anniversary dinner at the Greenbrier. We’ve been going to Gatlinburg well over 20 years, first time at the Greenbrier and absolutely loved it. Very nice weekend and Paulette was lovely to work with.

Great location to the great smoky a mountains, only a few minutes away. Clean and spacious two bedroom rental with an incredible view and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely book again.
