The upstairs floor has two bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms - one bedroom with a queen size bed and attached small master bathroom. The other bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination upstairs. The basement/lower level features a workout space (or playspace). The lower level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. It is a 1 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to the East Boulder Recreation Center, which includes an indoor pool/hot tub, workout facilities, gym, and outdoor playing fields (with views of the beautiful Flatiron mountains). The home is a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Boulder and about a 7 minute drive from the University of Colorado. Homes in our neighborhood were built in the late 60s/ early 70s.
