This is a newly opened hotel. I found the staff to be helpful, especially as the check in process was a self-help check in/out. However if they hadn't been there, it would have been a bit of an isolating process as part of staying somewhere is interacting with the staff The room was comfortable and had everything I needed Would definitely stay here again

Complimentary water, chocolate and biscuits really good. Hand wash, shampoo good quality. Brand new hotel, can still smell the new carpets. Bit that went badly wrong was using large screens to self check in. Neither screen worked. Really disliked my name, address, email and telephone number on a screen with font approx 40, easily viewable by people behind. Person from hotel could not get either screen working and had to check in at desk. Next plastic key would not work with lift. Some teething problems, which I am sure will get sorted out.
