The ground-floor commercial area is separately leased and is not accessible to guests.

One designated secure parking space is provided in the shared garage on the right-hand side. The left-hand parking space is reserved for the commercial tenant and must remain accessible.

The townhouse sleeps up to 6 guests across two upstairs bedrooms

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite.

The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with a corner spa bath, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

The second bedroom has two bunk beds and its own ensuite, making it particularly well suited to families or small groups.

A separate upstairs sitting area provides an additional space to relax, while ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps the residential levels comfortable year-round.

Guests also have access to a private laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Outside the townhouse, guests can enjoy the heated communal swimming pool within the secure gated complex.

The garage is shared, with one designated secure guest parking space provided on the right-hand side.

CHECK-IN

After booking, the following must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:

1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence, via Safeguest. Digital IDs are not accepted.

2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – Refunded after check-out, provided no damage or additional costs are reported.

Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name. Companies are welcome to book, but the reservation must be made under the name of the guest staying.
