Great location, large rooms and nice views

Convenient and great location. Suite was great for our family. Nice view of the city. Friendly staff.

Cleaning could have been a little better. Taxes and parking took our room rate from $190 to a whopping $255

Sketchy staff & extra charge for storing bags. Book another hotel!!!

Good located, close to bars down the road

The staff was awful, didnt have a nice check-in & after check-out the staff wanted $5 to store our bags for the day. Only accepted cash, sketchy!!! Rooms were pricey & old. Would recommend to book another hotel due to bad service

Had low expectations going in for the price. Wanted to stay close to rogers arena and not blowmo

I liked the size of the room. I didn't realize it would have a kitchenette. The fridge was a big convenience! Staff was amazing especially housekeeping staff.

The beds aren't super comfortable.

Great location, the rooms are mini suites with a good kitchen

Staff were very welcoming. they gave us exactly the room we liked on a high floor. It had a large wraparound patio

The elevator is always slow. It's used by cleaning staff and there's not enough of them. we tried to book directly with the hotel using their event promotion. That cost was almost double of booking via booking.com!

Excellent. Great location for BC Place and our concert.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. Well appointed rooms - great supplies in the kitchen. Comfy beds.

Location was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was delightful and actually met some interesting people while using the hot tub.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Location is very good, with many attractions within walking distance.

Facilities are in need of renovation. I could not believe that analog cable is still in use in Canada in the third decade of the 21st century, but then I should not be surprised after I found that actual light bulbs were still being used in the bathroom!

I will definitely be back to this location. 100 percent would recommend!!

Friend and I were there for a concert at Roger's Arena. Location was perfect as we walked everywhere. Casino, Costco, Roger's Arena all within a few blocks. Loved that the bedroom was separated by it's own door from the living space. Perfect for a few nights stay with a kitchenette, couch, chair and coffee table.

Not even a big deal but the shower pressure was full blasted streaming. Nice massage for the back, not so much for the front. Room #401 for reference.

we had a party of Three two bed one pull out. the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and I found it hard to sleep on. it had a thin mattress and I could feel the base through it. No mention of not being able to have breakfast due to on line booking, they wouldn’t even give us a coffee??!! other than that we were impressed with the room and it’s facilities.

The big windows in the rooms, letting in plenty of light. The location was ideal. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay even more pleasant. Access to the restaurant was great. The roof garden was such a pleasant place to relax and unwind.

The water pressure in the shower was too high.

Exceptional

I really like the location and the room was comfy clean and I enjoyed the coffee pods you had in the kitchen with easy instructions on how to use the coffee maker, internet and cable available with lots of channels to watch, I though the bathroom was just the right size and clean, your staff was very kind and helpful.

Superb

The check-in was very easy and fast and we got an upgrade into a King room. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the snow-capped mountains and the neighbouring buildings.

Room was a bit outdated and could use a spruce up
