The only real saving grace was the frost desk staff, Sabrina.
It was not cleaned well at all. The pull out in our first room was full of hair, crumbs and almonds and the mattress had brown stains on it. Nothing seemed to be very clean. The walls were thin and noisy. The pool area was not clean, there was a lot of hair and unknowns floating in the water. The chlorine smelled really strong and it gave my son chemical burn or rash. There was a dirty bandage in the squash room glass cupboard. There were many hairs and balls of clumped hair in the blankets and sheets. I could go on.

Fantastic value for money

Nice and beautiful surroundings away from the hustle of the town center.
Pet friendly hotel means, if maintenance after used is not properly addressed, unpleasant smell will be left behind as in my case.

Our two-room apartment with a forest view was clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed for prepping dinner and breakfast, including coffee and ice. From the hotel amenities, we used a grill and a hot tub and played tennis.

The staff were really friendly, the location of the property was adequate to travel in to Banff, the hotel also had a shuttle bus to town.
The maintenance man who came to fix the broken cooker ended up electrocuting himself. The replacement cooker that arrived 24 hours later was also faulty and previous guests' socks were found.

Customer service was fantastic. The front desk listened to our concerns and made adjustments. Very professional.
Our initial one bedroom was musty, broken equipment. Generally an old old room that hasn’t been kept up. One tissue left in the box, used hand soap and lotion, broken tap, one tv station as remote not working. Rusted bathroom. No dresser at all in bedroom.
NOTE- Was moved for the second night easily by management. Very professional. New one bedroom was clean and all worked well. Great customer service.

I really like the room. It was spacious and the beds were really cozy. I had a great sleep.
The hot tub was dirty and facilities seemed outdated.

Kim the server is excellent and very accomodating. She even gave us a list of the best places to visit in Banff.
The housekeeping took too long to prepare our suite, so we waited in the car while he finished. Additionally, the toilet needed a thorough cleaning, as it was not spotless.

Great location, clean room with nice interior. Beds were comfortable. Gives the feel of a mountain lodge. Lot of amenities with excellent swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gym, squash and tennis courts and children's play area. There were barbecues as well. Food in the in-house restaurant was great with nice ambiance and a fireplace. Service is good with helpful staff.

Love the lodge feel of each suite. Ours was directly across the main lobby and pool so the little jaunt was perfect, even more so in the cold! I love the outdoor hottub, although at times it could get busy.
The suites are a bit tiny. For the 1 bedroom suite we had for 4 people was a bit snug, but it made do for the short stay we were there. The pool area was tiny and most noticeable during the rush hour and busy weekend crowds.

Pokoje były odpowiednio wyposażone. Mile, czyste i z przepięknymi widokami. Dostępne baseny były miłym dodatkiem.

Not much storage room in bedroom (no real closet space). Pretty small bedroom.
Quite a bit of highway noise outside due to location, but did not hear the noise inside.

Got a newly renovated room. Perfect of family and the rates were very resonable. Will definitely stay here again.

cosy comfortable space. the two bathrooms were very convenient. everything you need is there. dishes, cookware, towels etc. basically bring food. food at the bistro on site was good but the cocktails were not great.
the bedrooms were good but appeared to be hurriedly made. there were items from some previous tenants under the bed.

The room was lovely, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing location with a view of cascade mountain from my bedroom window!
Parking close to the apartment wasn't always available. But not a huge issue.

The location is great. The pool and fitness room are ok even if a bit old.
The larger condo with 2 bedrooms is really nice if you are more than 2 people.
The condo for 3 people with 1 bedroom and 1 sofa in the living room was really small and the matress really old and could feel the springs, need to be replaced. Clients who had the condo on first floor arrived at 1AM and took 1 hour to setlle and it was really very noisy as the soundproofing is very bad when you are on the first floor. We moved to a larger condo for the following nights, with 2 bedrooms, that was much better with nice view, brighter and comfortable. I recommand this option if you are more than 2 people.

It was perfect for our little family. We liked that it was so close to town and a reasonable price.
The front door didn’t close well. You had to give it a good slam to close.

pool and hot tub seems nice, although I didn’t have the chance to enjoy them. bed was very comfortable.
The room was very old and needs maintenance. There was a gap below the door that allowed cold air to enter the place, so while the bedroom was super hot, the kitchen and living room were cold; the carpet was dirty and ripped; the bathroom vase had dirty stuck, and not even flushing solved it, so it was a bit disgusting using it; there’s no sound isolation, I woke up several times during the night with a dog running and making noise in the bedroom above mine; overall place needs renovation! it was the cheapest option I could find in Banff on that weekend, but I won’t be coming back if I have the option to stay somewhere else next time.

The location was great and the condo style is nice for a family.
The condo had the most uncomfortable and well used furniture. Lack of cleanliness in many areas of the condo. It just had an all round dirty feel to it.
