Good value for the money and located away from some of the homeless areas. Clean rooms and attractive lobby area. Lots of food for breakfast. Wi fi was free as was indoor parking and breakfast.
Stayed in room 202, all night there was a loud compressor shutting on and off, very loud and woke me up every time it came on. Possibly an ice-maker or something, but def. loud. Sound proof the compressor and you have great value for the booking.com price.

I could bring my scooter up the elevator into my room
How expensive it was, prices are just ridiculous these days.

The rooms were basic but clean
The breakfast is paper plates with plastic knife and wooden fork.

the staff were excellent, and the room was spacious, and breakfast was good. The shuttle down to the cruise ship was excellent.
I didn't like that there was no where to get a snack upon our arrival at night. Even the vending machine was unavailable, as it was in the gym, which was locked. That machine should be moved.

In addition to the cost of the room, you took $400 from the card. For what?
I rented a room in your hotel for my son. He is from Ukraine. You took additional funds from my card four times - three times for $50, and then another $250. How could you do that? For what? We suffered so much from the war. God is your judge.

The room was bigger than most. It was older. Staff at reception were not very helpfull with enquiries about tours etc. They were helpful with laundry that we used during our stay. Breakfast was reasonable.
I didnt like that I could not book any tours from the property nor was there any information given to us about Vancouver when we enquired.

break fast was ok. no safe deposit in the room which is very necessary for people who visit for vacation. front desk was not able to give any guidance about the city. no water in the room.

The free breakfast was great. The secure underground parking was reassuring. Beds were comfortable.
Our air conditioner was on the fritz for 2 of our 5 days. Our bathroom sink sprung a leak that maintenance tried to fix by taping it. It held for less than 12 hours and was leaking again. Hotel is on an ambulance route to the hospital, so the sirens were loud and frequent

Clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast
Apparently only accepted credit card, but I don't have one so only then accepted my debit card / Fitness room is quite dated and poorly equipped / During checkout I watched a mouse run across the lobby into the lounge, not a particularly pleasant way to finish the stay!

Breakfast was amazing, large variety to chose from. Enjoyed the sauna and the free room up grade. The shuttle service was helpful thanks
Very disappointed the find the free room up grade included a kitchen with breakfast bar and stools only to find the kitchen completely empty. No plates, cups or cutlery. There was a microwave and a coffee machine with paper cups and sticks for spoons
