The room was nice. Location was perfect to where I wanted to go. Easy access to the freeway and to various stores.

There seemed to be a lot working being done in the hotel. There was a lot of hammering and yelling in room 136, the one next to me. This happened on various days when I couldn't get rest. Other employees that were cleaning the room next door (room 138) kept banging the door on the other side to keep it open. This is concerning as I do not want to lose the $100 deposit if they did the same thing to my room. The faucet seemed to let out some water ever so often. The door underneath the sink was hanging off from one of its hinges (see photos). The door worked fine, but I had to be careful to not kick it.

aun no me regresan el deposito en garantia de 100 dolares por cierto mas alto que el costo de la habitacion y ya pasaron 7 dias

excelente ubicacion y parkimetro y el servicio es bueno.

Everything was clean. The location was close to a wedding I went to.

Check in was at 4pm. I arrived early at 2pm. Paid and asked to get a room on first floor. I advised the staff that i needed to get ready for a wedding so if they could get me a room as soon as possible but on the first floor since i cannot climb or go down stairs easily. There are elevators there but if they break down then i will have difficulties going up and down stairs. At 4pm i went to ask if room was ready yet and they said no. I asked if they could call to let me know when it was ready and they said they couldn’t. I called a few times after 4pm and finally around 430-440pm they had a room available. I still had to iron and get ready. Being disabled makes it hard for me to rush and get things done. I feel like i was not being heard and they were not even trying to accommodate me in any way.

Hotel location was perfect.

We checked in at 4:30pm only to find out our rooms were not ready & they "had no idea" when it will be ready, when asked if someone can call when the room was ready the response was "I don't know if I can do that, I might be too busy". So, I had to walk back to the check in desk 30 minutes later to find out that rooms were ready. Upon getting my keys, we had no map of the property so initially we had no idea where our rooms were, had to walk around the entire hotel just to find our rooms. Saturday night after returning from Seaworld, our sink was completely clogged & the water that was sitting in the sink was disgusting. It was after midnight when we got back so I had to wait until the next morning to report it to the front desk. Maintenance was called & showed up about 40 minutes later as we were getting ready to head to the beach. The only good thing about that was he was very pleasant & he tried his best to work around us. He stated that there was a huge clog from the other room, so he had to go back & forth to try & fix it. They also should provide pool towels, we had to use our room towels for the pool.

The rooms were large. Comfortable beds. The pool was nice.

Rude staff. Walls were thin. Outdated rooms.

Room wasn’t cleanest upon arrival and had a weird smell The door was almost impossible to open and close and the lock didn’t seem secure. Upon arrival the staff I was greeted by was not friendly or welcoming. When I finally did check in, the property wasn’t explained, if any continental breakfast, the pool, etc.

Nice and clean room , good mattresses. Many towels , so you don't have to take yours. Also there was a refrigerator and microwave , again clean. Good wifi.

You have to pay extra 10$ for parking.

I liked the closeness to Fashion Valley. Also there were some close restaurants that were good. I had to uber around and the location was not bad for many tourist attractions. I also loved the pool and the staff was very friendly.

I thought the pool could get cleaned more. Also there were some holes in my door and a few bugs got in....

Housekeeping lied say we smoking in the room ,just cause she seen the cigarette pack and I want my deposit back I tried getting in touch with the manager before we left so we can go back to the room but she wasn’t available ,I have called several times to speak with someone, I have left messages and no one called me back.Also the cost was expensive to stay there We was also charged for parking each night, didn’t state that on the booking I would very much like to speak with someone about this issue
