Unsanitary stay. They have Bedbugs

Leaving the property

Room 222 has BEDBUGS (collected evidence from bed and body) and they don’t care about it. I came here for the weekend to celebrate my child’s birthday at Hershey park, having to get police called on me for my refund and also sleeping in my car afterwards with 2 kids is the worst experience ever. The hotel manager CLAIR is just as worst due to the fact that in that time of the day ( checked in at 8 left at 12:30am) I was told its nothing she can do because she is in bed sleeping and she get back with me with 24hrs. Well here it is 48 hr later still no response. Having to travel more than 7 hrs to get there and 5 hrs later I’m staying overnight with 2 kids in a parking lot. If you are planning to go to Hershey Park for some fun DO NOT come here to rest it’s unsanitary and it will ruin your fun.

Plumbing issues shower floor felt very unlevel and didn't drain while showering, toilet wouldn't go down and sink also wouldn't go down.

"Average, Dated Hotel for Luxury Hotel price"

The public spaces were spacious, allowing our family to enjoy some late evening gathering time.

The room had an off smell, it was not spacious, and though overall it wasn't terrible, for the quite expensive price (which by the way, Booking.com, was way more expensive than what my brother paid (admittedly as a Hampton rewards member), it was an average, dated room. One of our family was told, when asking for the average daily room tidying, was told, "we're at full capacity, don't expect any service today." Again, for the price paid, it was quite disappointing

Too expensive for just one night.

The room was very comfortable. They do have a peloton bike which they don’t advertise.

The hallways were dirty. When we got checked in and went into our room, someone was already in that room. The food was ok(nothing special)

The beds were very comfortable.

The sofa bed in our room was wet with urine. My husband put his hands on it, saying "why is this wet?" Fortunately, we had an air mattress in our car, so our son could sleep on that instead. No effort on the part of the hotel to clean it while we were there. The pool looked disgusting with "bubbles" on its entire surface. The treadmills in the workout room did not work at all, no power to the treadmills. Addressed with the front desk who said she would tell the manager, was not fixed the next day when I went back to check to see if it could be powered on. The front desk did not have enough quarters to exchange money for the laundry machines. Additionally, it looked like there was some sort of leak in the ceiling on the first floor, parts of the ceiling tiles were removed, and a fan was running in the hallway, smelled moldy. We have stayed at several Hampton Inns, and this was WAY below average. The only thing that they did do was compensate us for one night's stay, which I have yet to see be reflected on our bill because I still have not received a paid invoice from this morning when I checked out.

Not enjoyable.

The lobby was nice breakfast was nice.

Rooms were very deceiving online. Our room was old with beat up furniture. The carpet felt gross on our feet. A shelf in the bathroom was bent an almost broke. The lamp by the bed had a hole. The furniture had chips all over. The window was fully closed off so the room was dark even with the lights on. Felt like we were staying in a basement closet. The pool had hairballs everywhere an bandaids on the ground all around.

Clean room, just wished it notated the pool was OOS.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast had a good variety.

We were traveling for a tournament and had our two children with us (10 y.o and 7 y.o). The main reason we chose this hotel, was proximity to where our tournament was and the pool. We check in and come to find out the pool has been out of commission since February. Would’ve been nice to know when we booked, especially since the reservation was non-refundable

the room was big and roomy

the pool was under renovations where we were not warned about at all. we had to ask for a refill on the shower gel as the BIG bottle in the bathroom that was locked on the wall was completely empty. the staff was not accommodating at all.

Worst stay ever at a Hampton Inn

Not much, my worst stay ever at a Hampton Inn ever.

Booked because the hotel had a pool. Had no notice that pool was closed for renovation. Hotel refused to cancel our reservation so we could book with a hotel that had a pool. Our room door stuck and the frame of the door would move with the door. The shelves holding the towels were falling off the wal and the toilet paper holder was also falling off the wall. The office chair had stains on the fabric and there was slopping patch work on the drywall. Not what I expected for a Hilton owned property. Especially what I paid for the hotel. I could have gotten a nicer room at a motel 6.

Disappointing

The property was clean and staff was very nice.

Both nights of our stay, we had no hot water in the shower...barely warm and the breakfast buffet was a mess and food was not good.

would not stay at this location again . Did not live up to previous stays at this hotel chain .

rooms were clean , final check in person was friendly

outdated , closet was behind a curtain on the wall , tv was small. no step in shower . couldn’t turn refrigerator up , no fan in bathroom . No fruit in the morning but old oranges, no meat on breakfast buffet on Sunday.

Breakfast was good

Booked facility based on indoor hot tub, was looking forward to relaxing after a long difficult year, only to arrive and fi d out the hot tub use not usable per staff, highly disappointed, then arrived at our room it was not the suite I had booked and had to go have pur room switched at which time I was told there were no suites left.

Best stay for the money. Staff members are all very friendly and cheerful.

Excellent food selection and taste. Available at 6 am sharp and all section is plentiful till 10am.

Entrance needs more lighting.

it was ok!

convenience and had what we wanted, a 1 bedroom suite

the walls are very thin. We heard children on one side of our too and a dog cried for at least 2 hours the second night we were there on the other side. They really should think about putting animals and children in different floors than couples. It was pretty annoying!
