Location

In the room we had, while you bathe, the water accumulates and does not go down quickly. The head shower is not good and the lighting in the room is also average. Another observation is that you can enter the room through a door that leads to the balcony and another main door with a digital key, but the inconvenience is that you can leave through the balcony door but you cannot enter with the digital key, you have to Turn around and enter through the main entrance, otherwise everything is fine. The hotel overall is good and in any case I will continue to stay there again because the location is excellent, and these are things that can be improved.

Todo muy bien, el hotel ya lo conocia, pero se remodelo y quedó excelente.

Cuarto muy bien. Comida muy bien, pero falta aclarar en el desayuno que el huevo u omelettes tienen queso, y algunas personas somos intolerantes al queso. Además de eso todo muy bien.

El cuarto de mi hija no se hizo la limpieza un dia, pero luego se corrigió. Gracias.

Disappointing

Room was clean, but out-of-date.

Very loud traffic noise that woke me up multiple times during the night. The shower had poor pressure. The room was large, but poorly designed. Poor lighting throughout the room and a bad layout for, well, everything. Very out of date and poorly insulated from the outside traffic.

Great hotel

I loved everything about this hotel. The location,cleanliness and the staff were excellent I had to modify my booking and they accommodated me without an extra charge. Just FYI if you want to eat at the Riverwalk restaurant at the hotel make reservations!

The bar was good, open until a good time but very very very expensive... no reason for it. USD 35 for an Old Fashined drink... no excuses.

Nice hotel with easy access to eats/shopping.

Nice courtyard and fountain in lobby was pretty. Staff at front desk very nice.

Shower gel in bathroom was empty, requested a refill which didn’t happen.

The beds were comfortable. The asterisks of the property were very nice!

The room temperature was too warm. Hot water in the shower was not hot enough and poor water pressure. No room service 🤨

Had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back !

From the moment I arrived the staff was incredible and welcoming,the room felt so relaxing and comfortable.Got to enjoy some lovely live music and drinks at the Paseo Bar !

Modern but nothing memorable..

The court yard was nice. Also the pool seemed murky and packed . The esthetics were modern. The bathroom was very nice . Location is perfect for everything.

The room was small. The fact we could not eat outside food in the courtyard. The pool was murky and packed with people. And the maintenance worker never came to see the TV. The front desk attendant male is quite un inviting and condescending .

It was ok.

I like the Spanish style of the hotel.

The bathroom definitely needed a hard scrubbing it looked like it only gets wiped down instead of scrubbed. Cleaning service did not leave us clean towels when I called the front desk I was told someone would bring it up in 20 minutes but they never came. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant on Saturday morning and my omelette had so much salt it became inedible. I took one bite and my ankle swelled up from the sodium.

Room was comfortable and clean with just a few minor issues.

Location was good for our needs. Easy access to Trinity University, and restaurants.

Lack of a luggage rack in room, clothes bar in closet, spout in tub did not contact wall so copper was exposed.

If you want to not book another boring hotel definitely stay here.

The Room and Courtyard area were amazing! Definitely a great stay for us! And the food available through the kitchen was amazing! Will be recommending to our friends.

The only issue we ran into was the elevator door sensitivity. As my wife was entering the courtyard elevator the door closing hit her a little too hard for something designed to open upon contact.
