Location is excellent. Once we parked the car we did not need it again until we left. Room is very comfortable. People at the desk we're very friendly and helpful.
Only thing I would request a room not on the 4th floor because it gets smaller due to the roof line.

The hotel location was perfect for exploring Old Town Quebec City. We loved being close to one of the wall gates and the park. The room was spacious with a refrigerator, sitting area, and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided a tea kettle for our room when I told them we don't drink coffee. I loved the historic feel of the hotel with the stone and brick walls. The breakfast provided several protein options, including boiled eggs, ham, cheese, peanut butter, and yogurt. The homemade blueberry & maple jam was amazing! Hot water in the lobby allowed for tea or hot chocolate throughout the day. We also loved having a key code entry so we didn't have to keep track of a room key.
The room didn't have air conditioning, but cooled nicely with the window open. Not sure how cool it would be in the summer or if the street noise would be too loud with the window open. The bathroom was a bit tight, but manageable

The location was amazing for the winter carnival, especially on a very cold day. Breakfast was better than the average continental breakfast. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has much more character than a chain but was very comfortable.

Location couldn't have been better; our room had a view of the Carnaval ice palace. Nice room with exposed stone walls. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is okay, bare bones. You can tell they are counting every penny. Also, sliding bathroom door doesn't shut completely in our room.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, very tastefully renovated and well maintained. The staff is incredibly dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and helping guests when needed. This is a very special place, well worth staying at. By the way, the hotel is very well located in Old Quebec, within walking distance of all major attractions.
There was nothing I did not like.

Breakfast looked good. Unfortunately they did not allow us to take back anything to the room as we are more cautious than most about Covid not even a banana, after spending several hundred dollars for a room one would’ve hoped to at least been able to bring back a piece of fruit. The place was nice, well-maintained, and in a good location, there are no problems with the facilities themselves.

The hotel is in the perfect location at the St. Louis gate, on the walled town side. It's an easy walk to the Chateau Frontenac, the elevator to the lower town and the Citadel. The rooms are very small, but well-equipped, including a wide screen TV on the wall (which you probably won't have time to watch. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance on Rue St-Louis. Parking is located a couple of blocks away in an underground facility.
Overall, we liked everything

The breakfast was plentiful and of above average quality. The staff were attentive and happy to please and serve. The location was perfect and At the heart of all the points of interest.
All was in great order.

Breakfast was a little quirky in that it was a quasi buffet but some items only the staff could serve you. Having said that, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great and the rooms were pleasant enough.
Breakfast was somewhat limited - only "hot" items were pancakes and toast. Scrambled eggs, porridge ... would have been nice.

Check in went smoothly, we did not receive any help with the baggage from the car into the hotel, even though the young man could see I was struggling. However an older gentleman manning the front desk helped me when leaving the hotel to load up the car. Location was excellent, although on a busy intersection, so expect traffic noise if in a room facing the front of the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. A comfortable sofa instead of the two hard chairs would have been nice. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. You can get a tea throughout the day in reception., There is a fridge. Not sure if the heating/cooling was working in the room. The room is beautifully decorated and has blackout curtains. There is also an elevator which was helpful for baggage. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options and very charming ladies to help serve you. All in all a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
The room, the breakfast and the location.

All the staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The room was very clean with nice, eclectic decor - European vibe! We loved the efficient continental breakfast system. We were travelling with our bicycles and were able to store them securely in their locked courtyard. Location is perfect in the historic old city. I will absolutely staff here the next time we pass through.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to covid protocol, they served breakfast items. Everyone responded quickly when a request was made. The location is also perfect for exploring Quebec city, lots of things to do and great restaurants within easy walking distance.
The rooms were a little small, but made as efficient as they could be.

Front desk clerk (Maud) was as very informative and very helpful.
The room was a bit cramped and the breakfast set-up was a bit confusing.

Central location, walking distance to many attractions. Older hotel with few rooms. Nicely furnished room with large windows. Good breakfast, one of the better ones we had during our trip.
Small bathroom, air conditioning was not working properly, cannot adjust the temperature from the room, was uncomfortable sleeping both days, talked to the front desk after the first night, said they will look into it, didn’t change much next night either, need a fan in the room.
Coffee machine didn’t work.

The hotel really felt like it was frozen in time with a magnificent view!
Thé only inconvenience would be the parking and the price, but even there, I’m reaching
