Stumbled across this ranch due to last minute travel plan changes and was overwhelmed with the beauty of the property and the people who run it. Everything was organised and meticulous from the time we arrived to the time we left. Alan and his wife were amazing hosts and were so kind. We wish we could have stayed longer and cannot recommend this place highly enough.

If your looking for a getaway from the city, change of pace and to experience the beautiful outdoors then this is the place to go. The owners here are amazing and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
I didn't like that we had to leave, wish there was more time to spend there

A great place to unwind, beautiful & peaceful scenery, plenty of wildlife nearby. Very nice hosts who made us very welcome. Enjoyable evening throwing axes, grilling marshmallows and star-gazing with the other guests. And to end the evening, a dip in the hot tub.

the owners
no breakfast as booked, only eggs for cooking by yourself and they didn’t told
you this before. I asked them about breakfast because one day before arriving we read a bad Review about this. then they answered we should buy food for us. they offered also no more a dinner.bad discussion about the riding lesions:
you can’t get out on a trail for riding before they checked your riding
then they want you to pay for a lot of riding lessons. they want that we pay 322 Dollar for my daughter and me. but we just sit on the horse and go in the circle slowly and were waiting if we can go on the trail or not. and this was only slowly possible. so we didn’t went.
it feels not welcoming there. when we arrived not the owner welcomed us only the work and travel girl. when I went to the big house to ask for pepper, the owner woman was inside and just gave me the pepper and said nothing else. there were bad vibes on the ranch.
we never have to fill out a waiver like this just for staying there.
on the pictures I’d shown a big house were the guest can relax in a big living room and kitchen. but isn’t anymore, the owner were living there now.

Nice location, private hot tub in front
6 km unpaved road - with large potholes almost broke the car
They sell meat for the barbecue but unfortunately didn't volunteer that information - we didn't want to go back on the bad road but would have loved to buy some

A great place to stay on our road trip from Vancouver to Jasper. The cabin is cute and what you would expect on a ranch. Breakfast wasn't provided but tea, coffee and fresh eggs were. The hosts are super friendly and had a campfire every couple of nights (fire risk permitting). We loved the animals at the farm and enjoyed swimming in a nearby lake.

the hot tub, bed was comfortable, beautiful view
Elaine is polite, however her husband al is extremely rude and disrespectful, he refused to let us ride due to it raining earlier in the day, and this is my daughters dream to ride so we found a ranch that did have a ride available, rain or shine, so we went there just to ride, well al was very upset we would spend our money at a different ranch (that was also half the price he charges) wettstone guest ranch! (highly recommend) he yelled at my husband as we were cleaning the cabin to leave, we got charged an additional 250 for our teenager and 2 10 year olds, we didn’t realize they would charge this as they didn’t supply breakfast or any activities stated, we were short 50 and said we would e transfer and he started yelling at us saying we can spend our money at other ranches and we are not aloud to leave till we give him the rest, so crying I called a friend to help till I got home, we did not realize we would be charged this as there is nothing available that is stated, no cell signal and only wifi at the main house that no one is allowed in, so no pool table, there is no breakfast as stated, no atv, there is no canoeing or archery, there is a group bonfire every other night, there is cheese making for an extra 95 dollars or a steak you can buy for 150 dollars, that feeds 4, the picture makes you think it’s on a lake, don’t be fooled there is no lake at this ranch. honestly went so excited anticipated for two months to give this to my daughter for her birthday, and left in tears. never will I recommend or go to that place again. we paid over 1000 for 3 nights didn’t get to trail ride and nearly nothing was stated accurate except the hot tub.
run from this one! not worth it many other ranches in bridge lake that are cheaper and not just looking for money over quality

It looks pretty nice at a first glance, but is highly overpriced.
It had all as per pictures, but a double check on the kitchen equipment would be good, these were all dirty, dishes by previous guests not done well. The bed is awful and you have to realise that you literally live in between the horses and cows, and thus there is poop everywhere when you step out of your cottage. For this price you'd normally stay in a resort with more facilities and a clean environment. Also there is no breakfast included, for which the owners blame booking not to adapt their site. However for the price paid you would expect more than just a night in a mosquito cottage.

This is a brilliant place to have a complete chill. out in the Caribou with nothing to do except feed the calf or ride the horses! sitting in the hot tub on the veranda of our cottage was a treat. Al the proprietor was excellent and good fun.
ok so it isn’t the latest kitchen, but totally functional and no problem.

It was very rustic and quiet. Al and Elaine were very welcoming and we enjoyed feeding the calf, milking the Jersey cow and seeing the horses.
Unfortunately we couldn't ride due to the snow still being on the ground.
