Great location. Across the street from the Majestic Theater so ideal for concerts. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage was easy & saw 2 security guards late at night securing the property.

Location, parking garage across the street, cleanliness.
You couldn't control this, but the street noise was loud at times.

Great location for downtown
Our only negative was the space at the bottom of the hotel room.

Check in was quick and easy. Valet was very pleasant and quick. Views were nice.
The room could be a bit more up to date

Great location on the outskirts of downtown, giving good access in all directions.
Slightly noisy hallways

Great location. Easy and cheap parking across the street. Front desk was very kind on check in.
There was light coming in all around the door because the hinges were slightly off, so when the lights were off, the room was still very bright. Traffic noise was extremely loud, lots of street racing going on.

Friendly and expedient service

Staff was nice
Valet cost was raised the day before we arrived and 2 days in found out we could just park across the street for $5 instead of the $44 valet fee (they just park it in the same place and you have to wait for them to go get it) the room wasn't how it was pictured, pool wasn't cleaned (had hair floating around in it and also had bandaids sitting on the edge of the pool), the ac didn't work well kept turning off before it hit target temp, the door doesn't seal well so everytime the ac did turn on it would rattle the door, for the price I expected better

I liked the location and how it was close to everything for walking. It was clean.
The price. Seemed a little steep for an IHG Hotel. $1000 for 3 nights. I understand there was a convention going on but you're in the middle of the city. Nothing to look at not like it is a beach view. Staff could have been more attentive didn't look up and acknowledge guests when walking through the hotel.

I like the location of the hotel because it was in the heart of the city.
To get to the hotel you have to do a u-turn just to be able to pull up to valet. An out of towner would be kind of confused trying to pull up. After we checked in, we got sent to a room that someone was already occupying twice, we had to get sent to another floor.

We love Hotel Indigo chain. This is our second time staying here in Dallas and it is always a great experience. Easy access to public transportation, rooms are cozy, staff is amazing.
Parking is a bit expensive but easy in and out.

the restaurant in the hotel was difficult to get service in.. though when we did get our food it was delicious.

Breakfast was fine. More vegan options would be great. The hotel was beautiful, artsy, unique. Parking/pulling up was hard because of the one way streets but the concierge made up for it. The gentlemen who checked us in was very nice
We had to leave early—unexpected work issue—which I explained to two different people at the front desk. I asked for a late check out on the first day. I checked out out at 1:49, but was charged for two nights instead of one. I repeatedly contacted Brian and two others who had been assisting. They assured me it would be a charge for one night. Yet my credit card fee never changed. Nor did I get the rate I was quoted from Booking.com. You told me $134 per night. My credit card was charged over $400 for one night. I contacted 3 different people about this at the hotel. I saved all the text messages.
