Everyone was nice and friendly smiles on faces. Clean everything. Food was great and had allot of options. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash was all dove big bottles that smells good. Pet friendly so that's a plus if you love animals. 2 latches on Door plus deadbolt lock
Not enough parking. You can hear everyone walking above below and next to you. Our room had door to next room so we felt a little nervous about that. And not enough of a dog area for a dog friendly hotel my dogs don't like to restroom on rocks.

Enjoyed the warm pool, the fitness room. My family very much enjoyed our suit and was very satisfied of the view and condiments that came with the room. The breakfast was delicious although still wishing there were more options to prevent a 10-15 min wait for certain foods to be cooked and brought out to serve.

Wishing the Jacuzzi was open and available. More food and options for breakfast that can be available to All who are staying at the hotel.

Good restaurants within walking distance. Park also right down the road, although my dog cut his foot there.

The nights we stayed this hotel, it was very busy but the staff was wonderful. In the morning, I noticed the desk clerks helping in the dining room and emptying trash when not at the front desk. The breakfast was good and rooms clean. We also purchased some snacks from the little store that was there. Good selection. All of the employees were very nice. We enjoyed Old Town and riding the Tram up the mountian. There were 3 of us in our group.
Maybe place several large trash cans in the dining room. The ones located under the counter were not large enough with the amount of traffic in the dining room while we were there.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.
Had to attend some business earlier this day and have not time to return to the hotel for breakfast.
I probably will do that next time.
Thanks so much for everything any way.
The staying the room and of course the attention that it was provided to us all excellent thank you will return to your hotel for sure.

The breakfast was quite nice, with a variety of types of food to choose from, and the scrambled eggs and egg white omelets were very good. The location wasn't as close to Old Town as we expected, but the staff was quite helpful with recommendations about restaurants, which made up for it.
There was a slight mix up regarding our maid service the morning following our first night (we didn't get any), but the service was first rate the remainder of the days.

Location is great, near abq zoo!
Pool looked a bit dirty and hot tub was not working. They also did not have towels at the pool area. Our room wasn't cooling but they were quick to get me a different room.

Everything. The location, the room, the staff, the facilities. I could not fault the hotel.
Parking was expensive there is Valet parking which were used. only issue was my Spanish mobile world not send an SMS to ask for the return of the car. everyone wanted their car the same time. reception would not contact Valet parking to help. so waited a long time to get the car back.

Left the phone at the hotel lobby, workers found it and was able to keep it safe. Good stay and great breakfast!

Itβs easily accessed from I-70. Their breakfast was good, preferable to the breakfast at a LaQuinta we stayed in earlier that week.
In the reservation confirmation email they sent, they bragged about how secure their parking lot was and that every room had one parking spot. When we arrived, the lot was full and we were advised to park at the Starbucks across the street. The front desk clerk was rushing to check me and another customer in at the same time, running through Wi-Fi and other information while I was still initialing the multiple places on their paperwork.

Even though the pool wasn't working. The staff told us we could go to the hotel across the way to swim. The breakfast had a great selection.
