Loud and unsettling

Location was good for the purpose of our trip and staff was friendly and helpful. Room appearance was clean

Room had a weird smell. Also windows had a terrible seal and the wind from outside sounded like it was inside and we got zero sleep.

The property is really burned down from the inside our bed if you even Saranac me a ugly, loud sound, which made it hard to sleep at night when we were tossed and turned. The bathroom wall seem like it was peeling off.

The three ladies on the desk were FABULOUS! We look forward to returning when the renovations are complete.

Friendly staff, nice room

Toilet didn't flush properly but was fixed PRONTO! Floor Ice machine broken, got ice from front desk. More selection on dinner menus.

This hotel doesn’t claim to be extravagant and it’s not, but it was comfortable.

the location of the property is 1 min from the freeway.

the parking spots were kinda tight.

I just think the hotel needs to be updated.

I like the employees, they were fun to talk to and helpful if I had any complaints.

The room bathroom needs more maintenance for the toilet is hard to flush, the bathroom sink's hot water handle is awkward to turn off the water from flowing, and the shower needs improvement.

If by chance, I would likely stay there again.

The room was not completely clean, found crumbs on sides of office chair and sunflower seeds on sofa. All else rooms were comfy as well as the queen size bed. It was okay.

I don't know if they had rooms like the one I had we reserved were on the north side of the building. But I had requested a room with a view of the Sandia Mountains. Was just given a room facing the Hotel next door. : (

It did the job. I purchased my own cleaning supplies and never felt 100% comfortable.

The location was convenient. Close to the airport but not busy traffic wise. It was also close to the highway for travel.

It smelled like gas the entire time (like a gas leak). The customer service agent told me I could not have a copy of my check in document and had to be corrected. The AC unit was Loud and inaccurate. There were loud noises from the room above me. The furniture and appliances in the room seemed dated. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking during our stay. There was an oil stain on the headboard.

the location is acceptable

Front desk personal appearance was unprofessional. There was a big piece of wood outside our room covering the ice machine. Teenagers running on the hallway being loud at night.

Absolutely nothing!

The whole thing was a nightmare! Nothing like booking said it be. Bathroom didn't work doors didn't open. Pool was broken it was junk. Oh and I never got my money back. I didn't stay there. Hell no was I gonna let my family sleep there I left immediately!!

Not again.

I thought breakfast was included. It wasn’t. That’s a big reason I booked the hotel. No drain plug in the tub. Really?

Front staff woman tells you what you want to hear then proceeds to fake like she is extremely busy. 120 rooms and I ask her why can’t we check in an hour early? All the rooms are dirty? Other guest were put out also. Won’t be back.

great place, bad service

front desk was rude, and couldn’t find my reservation he make me call booking.com for the reservation info that they already have at the end his excuse was that I have a middle initial on my name and that was why he couldn’t find me, witch it is hard to believe, but to me that was not the problem, the problem was the way he was rude not trying to help out, like if this was some kind of free room or something, everything else was what we expected,

Bed was comfortable

Bathroom was out of date. The the plaster was coming off of walls mold in shower. You had to hold toilet handle down to flush. Bathroom was in bad shape

Must have been short staffed. Had to call for clean towels Had to call for cleaning of the room (they never made it) The hotel must of had a flood at soon time the ceilings had just been speckled and covered with paint. The wall paper was coking off the wall. The ceiling above the ice maker appeared to be ready to collapse due to water damage.
