The manager was nowhere to be found. Housekeeping was trying to handle check in. they called Tiffany for help but she didn't come. The room had not been cleaned. wet towels in the floor. Toothpaste in the sink. There was no coffee or really much breakfast the next morning. I spoke with the manager the next morning at checkout and she said "hey its my last day here".

Location is perfect.
We have used this hotel dozens of times; seems they are having staffing difficulties which are now reflecting in upkeep and cleanliness of facilities. This is quite a shame because in the past, has been a good value for an overnight stop both going south or north. Will try one more time and if hasn't improved, this will be the last.

The bedroom was good and comfortable. and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Even with the elevator hardly working, the "maintenance man" was being helpful and cheerful. The woman behind the desk was very helpful and professional.
The public rooms were way below average. The downstairs breakfast room was small. The breakfast items were OK but presented in a so-so manner. The elevator was barely working. Clearly, the low price was OK but the Wyndham reputation is in peril.

The cleaning staff were accommodating.
Elevator broken, carpet on stairs was dirty, rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5 PM. This due to broken washers.

The cost and location near the interstate and food restaurants
My sister found drug paraphernalia in her room upon check in, breakfast was to be available until 9:30am at 8:00they were out of almost everything (milk, coffee, plates, silverware, pastries etc) and no one could be found to address the situation, not even the front desk clerk could be found. Only could get 4 channels on the TV. And the overall cleanliness of the hotel was under par.

The location was great. Close to restaurants
The fact that our bathroom was never cleaned and was disgustingly dirty and not properly cleaned from the previous people who stayed there. No toilet paper, but empty roll. No soap for the sink. Also the table was not cleaned. Crumbs on the table from previous guests. The bedding seemed fine but didn't dare to sleep under the sheets and we were too tired to complain to the front desk. We should have asked for a refund. Lesson learned
