Wasn’t a horrible stay, just wasn’t as comfortable as I’m use to.

The location and the complementary dove soap bars.

There was no blanket or comforter on the bed, there were spiderwebsin every corner and very bad in the corner by the window curtains. The bathroom floor looked as if it had not been swept, especially behind the door.

Awful, Replusive and Disgusting!

Based on the dirty conditions on the room, we just wanted to leave as early as possible. Breakfast did not interest us because of the lack of cleanliness in our room.

The bed linens were soiled. The replacements we were given also had stains. Food was left in the refrigerator from previous guests. When we arrived late in the evening and pulled back the covers ready to retire for the evening, it was unsettling to see a big stain (aprox 5x10) in the middle of the sheets. It was NO WAY the cleaning staff could have overlooked this stain when the bed was made. Apparently, the bed was just remade and not using sheets that had been cleaned.

Good

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I appreciate the extra hypoallergenic covering over the mattresses.

Pool was closed. Not completely sure why but it was.

Great location but hotel needs overall.

Close proximity to race track.

Property seemed old and needs an update. Sink needed to be affixed to the countertop, you couldn’t change the shower flow and the room smelled like smoke. We told the clerk at checkout but she didn’t even make note.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. I had a walking boot and asked if we could have ground floor and he made arrangements for us.

Didn't like the fact that the black male told someone what number my room was without my permission. And they gave me a key to someone's else room.that someone was already staying in.i didn't even walk in I was so scared

Location is excellent for us. Love the Staff!! Breakfast is always awesome & there is always ENOUGH. Dining room always clean. This is where we stay every time we come to Ga. AMEN

there were leaks in the ceiling over the shower and the tub would not drain. as well as a toilet leak every time you flu

I’ll be back and hopefully if the place changes in the future, it’s to update the hotel and maybe at a bar with lounge

Amazingly Wonderful

Totally love this Baymont, Beautiful room, Love the lady at check in, so friendly, never hesitated to assist us with anything, She was delightful ( Ashley) so enjoyed our stay, our room & Her!

safe and cost efficient

I felt very safe being solo and out of state. I am still shocked at the level of cleanliness, professionalism and comfort of the hotel, for an amazing price as well.

The cleanliness for the most part, No Bugs & room make you feel comfortable!

Breakfast is some light/simple could be a lot better for the price , one of my pillows looked dirty like it was not changed, it was a good size red spill in the carpet should clean carpets & my sink was stopped up in the room

Poor

Shower drain full of hair and did not drain properly. Shower drain plug had been removed prior to my arrival and set on tub revealing a mass of old hair and grime that was left uncleared. Problem was obviously noticed yet left uncleaned. $113.00 a night, you can do better!
