Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are beautiful
Room was not ready at 3pm. Renovation happening in hotel and windows in hotel were filthy.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable. Within walking distance to City Creek and Eccles Theater. Dog was welcome.
Small room. Room I booked on Booking.com was 2 queen beds. Reservation showed one queen bed. Unsure what the disconnect is between online room description and what is actually reserved.

Heritage remodeled, great location, wonderful staff
Remodeling underway

Dining room - closed.
Bedroom. Dingy no grab bars. Only one sink in bathroom
Ordering breakfast to room ( only choice). Person taking order said we can not have a pot of coffee only a cup. Kitchen had no decaf. I could barely under stand his English. Second day was improved. After remodeling us finished/ place will be better, I am sure.

This hotel is beautiful and I go out of my way to stay at a Hotel Monaco. As usual it was stunning and the room was comfy.
Coffee was cold when we got it at around 7:30 am. I only mention it because it was a $300+ stay for one night, but I get it- things do happen. It was a Wed evening and it was very quiet so I am surprised the price was $300. The construction was a right pain especially because it was immediately outside the side entrance and they had to close the restaurant due to the work being done.

The staff was very accommodating & provided great service. Room & amenities were great. Had a good view of downtown.
Got in too late to enjoy the restaurant. Wish it was open later. Also, there was no mini or honor bar in the room as it mentioned it had.

very nice ambiance, friendly service, and those little touches that matter to the weary travellers such as free coffee and yoga mat. it had in-house restaurants and bars that are comfortable and inviting.

clean and comfortable and the staff was great.
missing some of the amenities that I find in 4 & 5 star hotels. ie: Hotel information in the room, room service, coffee in my room, just to name a few.

Room and bed were great
No room service and then being forced to eat in the bar. The choice I was given was wait 30 minutes for a table in the restaurant or eat in the bar. The restaurant was almost empty so I’m sure I was forced into the bar as I was on my own. Eating in the bar meant I had limited meal choices compared to the restaurant and I had to sit on an uncomfortable bar stool. Discriminating against solo travelers is wrong and outdated. Not having room service is inexplicable. I won’t stay there again
