Lovely Hotel. Lovely Island

I loved this island. the hotel was in the perfect location for walking into town or to start exploring the rest of the island. The restaurant was good. loved my view of the harbor and the boats. very peaceful and serene.

We always enjoy our visits here!

We love staying here every-time we come to beautiful Friday Harbor. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and the view of the boats and water is so lovely. Plus the restaurant has a nice ambiance!

Weirdly our tv and fireplace wouldn't turn on. But staff was helpful.

nice hotel but overpriced for what you got.

great location! nice facilities and personal touches.

restaurant had a beautiful setting but everything I ordered was disappointing. not as many amenities as you’d expect for a $500 a night hotel room — no lobby area/shared space, no fitness room, no baggage storage, etc.

Exceptional hotel, room, and location

Exceptional room, beautiful location, overlooking harbor and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and very nicely appointed. We had booked a King Room with Garden View and had a nice view of garden overlooking the harbor, which we did not expect! Since our room was on the ground floor we could walk out onto the patio and garden. There were numerous patio furniture and enjoyed our stay relaxing with a wonderful view of harbor. Room included a fireplace which came in handy at night and early mornings when temperatures dipped below 50 and a hot tub.

Unfortunately we had a late dinner and the Harbor House restaurant ran out of both seafood selections we had wanted to order. So we could not order seafood and settled for salad and pasta selections. Next time we will make an earlier reservation.

sadly, I was there the night of the fire and was not able to sleep or enjoy myself as hoped for. the hotel staff were prepared, helpful and gracious, in spite of the circumstances.

It’s a beautiful facility, but may not consider staying or recommending to others.

Breakfast was good. Service was good.

You need to resolve the problem of wind noise in the hallway, which then goes into the room. The noise is really annoying. You also need to have someone at your desk after hours or answer a phone when calling, not a message.

TV size was great. Room was nice and view was spectacular. Got a complementary upgrade which was great.

Sliding door of bathrm needs some tweaking. Hard to slide back from it being closed. You have to standback when flushing the toilet. Water gets sprayed up a little.

A restorative and totally delightful stay at Friday Harbor House!

Well designed, stylish and spotless rooms, distinctive amenities like signature coffee, jacuzzi tubs, excellent beds/ linens, and knock out views of Friday Harbor. Welcoming, charming , personal staff and a great restaurant.

The staff was very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

The room was awesome. We loved the view from the room. The decor in the room was great. The tub was a treat, All the amenities were great.

Less noise from room above. Ceilings are very thin.

A clean, cozy room with an exquisite view. Even more than we hoped.

I have stayed many places in Friday Harbor. this is my new favorite. fabulous location, beautiful room, comfy bed, can’t be beat view. I will definitely come back!

Flirts with almost being a 5 star hotel but needs to improve its customer service.

Food at the hotel was excellent. I have already recommended the food to a friend. Food service staff was decent but could learn fine dining skills.

Price of hotel was high in comparison to level of service. Customer service needs to improve and should be more helpful with bags etc. No front desk attendant after hours for late night requests such hvac remote which was missing from the room.
