I can't really say what I liked about my stay here was just decent and just had a room for the night a last minute booking for the night was pretty how it was.

I didn't like how we had to look for our room wondering around not much help from the front desk also my family wanted to go to the pool was disappointed how cold it was I mean least heat up the pool not everyday people spend the night in Phoenix we pasting by

The hotel is located near the office we needed to visit. It's simple to find. The room was large

There was a 3-inch circle burned into the. Mattress that was merely covered up by the mattress pad. The highway side of the building is noisy, and truck traffic began around 3AM The interior of the hotel needs to be refurbished, thoroughly cleaned, and painted

The beds & pillows were the worst! Bed was like sleep on a wood and pillows were like sleeping on wood too. Was there in March of 2023 had a great stay, this year so much different. Will stay somewhere else later in March 2024.

A few things could have been updated. Dresser drawer was broken(didn’t use) noticed a hole under shower head in bathroom(didn’t use)

I like its location to highway 17 and to Dennys.

The TV didn't work. Things as basic as a TV should be checked out before a guest arrives.

It was comfortable and quiet.

Just that the snackmachine took $10.20 for a soda, but was informed that the overpayment would come back on my card

Nothing! It’s was unsafe and terrifying to stay here.

Everything! This place was gross! It’s frequented by homeless people and it’s nasty there. Was constantly afraid of being robbed or assaulted. There was a giant dirty rusty fishing hook on the bathroom counter. The chemical smell was so strong in the room we opened the window and left to be able to breathe. They never told us we would have to reprogram our card key daily. So we were locked out of our room. The staff were terrible but the place is a dump so not surprising

They stole money from me and denied it. I told them I would show them my bank statements, asnBooking charged me. They also charged me. So I paid for the night twice. The deposit they stole as well. They said that it was refunded. Yet the code on the receipt does not state deposit or pending. I stated Authorized Purchase with me inserting the card. Whereas Bookings states manually typed. I offered to go there and share the bank statements. The manager stated that they were not there, even though I had called the hotel and he answered. He wants me to email the proof. Water preasure in bathroom was slow, and I hope they can provide microwave and refrigerator in standard room.

It was conveniently located for what we needed.

Our toilet clogged within 5 minutes if us getting into our room, the air conditioner barely blew any cool air, the tub was stained and the shower curtain needed to be replaced.

I asked for a wake up call and it never happened. So when I woke up late for work and asked what happened. The employee lied and said a system update and didn't get the message. But pulled the sticky tab that they left for him to wake up call

Convenient location.

The TV did not work in the room. The beds were hard and the pillows even harder (felt like sleeping with your head on a brick). There was no breakfast offering.

The staff was rude, After a long 12hr drive I had to cancel my reservation cause they are limited to 1 pet (I had 2) The website didn't inform the pet limit. No refund was issued, I've had nothing but trouble with this place, so glad to say Red Roof will no longer have my business.
