Achei um bom custo benefício, considerando o café da manhã incluso e o padrão de hospedagens em New York.

O hotel fica próximo a 2 estações de metrô, tem um café da manhã (padrão americano) com uma certa variedade de alimentos, os funcionários foram atenciosos e educados, o quarto é confortável e a limpeza adequada. Na recepção sempre tem à disposição dos hóspedes chá, café, água saborizada.

Única coisa que melhoraria seria a iluminação do quarto.

💯Recomendable

Estuvimos tres días. La verdad si es muy agradable. Los horarios de check in y check out están bien. El desayuno es buffet.. Huevos hervidos, revueltos, omelette, bagels, waffles, tocino, jamón, sausage.. Cereal, yogurt, leche, frutas. Café, té, jugos de Manzana y Naranja. Limonada. La ubicación es buena, financial district está conectado con Brooklyn y también puedes ir en 20 minutos hasta Times Square a través del metro en la estación de Fulton St. Las habitaciones son acogedoras, fuimos en invierno y la verdad la calefacción estaba súper buena y no te faltará una ducha de agua hirviendo. El servicio a la habitación está incluído más no el laundry. Cuenta con secadora de cabello.

No le doy 10 puntos debido al personal. Son respetuosos, pero no es cálida la bienvenida al hotel. Es más como un trámite: llegas, te preguntan por tu reservación y tan solo te dan las tarjetas mientras te explican todo en 2 minutos. Si no hablas inglés te complicará un poco. De igual manera no es algo contundente a la hora de vacacionar unos días.

Bella esperienza a New York.

Disponibilità del personale. Ottima posizione, vicino a diverse linee della metropolitana. Quartiere calmo e sicuro. Camera comoda e accogliente.

La sala per la colazione è un po' piccola, ma i tavoli si liberavano abbastanza velocemente.

You get what you pay for!

I booked this property due to the price and being a reputable hotel chain in a quieter location. It was walking distance to South Street Seaport, Pier 17 and World Trade Centre. There were two subway stations within a 15-20 minute walk.

No kettle in room. To make a cup of tea I had to go down from level 27 to the foyer to get hot water from the urn in the foyer area which was inconvenient. There was no safe in the room, any valuables were to be left at reception. The breakfast was included but the breakfast room was too small to accommodate the amount of guests staying at the property, many had to eat at tables in the foyer and in my case I was unable to find a seat so often just grabbed a banana to go. The breakfast selection was limited and un-appetising. Breakfast was served on paper plates. The room was small and lighting was poor. The bedding was just two sheets, no blankets.

Terribile per il prezzo pagato

La posizione è l'unica cosa decente, l'albergo si trova vicino a varie fermate di diverse linee della metropolitana, è facile da raggiungere ed è comodo per muoversi all'interno della città.

Servizio terribile, pulizia della stanza pessima. Quando siamo entrati abbiamo visto che la macchinetta del caffè non era stata pulita e c'era ancora dentro un filtro usato. La stanza non è stata pulita per due giorni e abbiamo dovuto segnalare il disservizio. Nonostante avessimo chiesto la pulizia della stanza e il cambio delle asciugamani ciò non è stato fatto, a notte fonda sono dovuta andare a chiedere che mi portassero delle asciugamani pulite per poter almeno farmi una doccia senza usare le asciugamani che avevo lasciato per terra. Colazione imbarazzante, scarsa (ad un certo punto finiva il cibo e non ne veniva portato altro, nonostante non fosse finito l'orario della colazione) e di pessima qualità. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno propinato un sacchetto di carta con dentro una mela, un sandwich salato praticamente gelido e un cartoncino di latte. Davvero imbarazzante.

1 semana en New York

Ubicación, café y agua saborizada 24/7 en recepción.

Habitaciones muy estrechas, closets muy pequeños. Al llegar solicité cambio de habitación pues estaríamos 1 semana y la asignada era pequeñísima en relación a la de nuestros amigos con quienes reservamos al mismo tiempo (y al mismo precio), no tenía espacio para dejar maletas, no tenía lámparas en veladores. La primera persona que nos atendió en recepción (Amanda) fue poco amable y accesible (prácticamente me dejó hablando sola), sin darnos una solución inmediata y ofreciendo sólo cambiarnos en 2 días más con la excusa de que el hotel estaba con reserva completa ese fin de semana (comprensible, pero de todos modos podría habernos re asignado pues no habían llegado todos los pasajeros). Posteriormente Janesh fue bastante más amable y receptivo excusándose por la situación, se agradece la acogida. Espacio para desayuno estrecho e insuficiente considerando el número de pasajeros (gente desyunando hasta sentada en recepción)

Lovely New York

Struttura situata a sud Manhattan, a pochi minuti dal ponte di Brooklyn, vicino alla fermata della metro. Letto molto comodo e bagno con doccia molto bella. La stanza non è grandissima, ma New York è tutta così con gli alberghi. Pulizia quotidiana della stanza, con riordino e cambio asciugamani. Colazione non molto varia ma abbondante. Caffè e the disponibili gratis h24. Personale molto gentile. Prezzo negli standard per la zona.

La pulizia della stanza migliorabile, ma nulla di drammatico.

For a night or two for business it would be fine.

The place was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The check-in staff was great.

The rooms are really simple and there is no counter space, no real closet and no place to put a suitcase.

Superb

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean, spacious and comfortably arranged freshly renovated bathroom.

Room smaller then normal

Location to Subway and the Tourist attractions. The information and suggestions given by the hotel staff. The check-in process was quick and easy.

The room was small, and there were no 2 bed options in the hotel. Hotel is made for solo or business traveller. The A/c unit in the room should be changed as it blows directly on the bed. The restaurant for breakfast is very small and the one elevator keeps on being under maintenance.

Nice location, clean but very small rooms

Very nice location, clean rooms, good breakfast

The room was very small, I believe the bathroom was bigger than the room. The utensils during the breakfast are only plastic - not sure whether there is a law or something, but it makes a pretty bad impression to Europeans especially as we try to limit the plastic and recycle if we use it.

Comfortable stay in Downtown

The location is great, walking distance to several subway stations, in the heart of Downtown. Two steps from Pier 17, where we spent evenings listening to music and gazing at sunset into Brooklyn Bridge and Citi lights. Great breakfast, including eggs & bacon etc., yogurts, coffee, oatmeal, bananas, apples. The lobby has lemon ice water, so you won't get thirsty. Room equipped with coffee station, bottled water, hair drier, iron and board. We had king room facing the Front street , surprisingly in was very quiet street, We had late arrival, so I called to the reception asking them to hold my reservation, and they were very helpful. Hotel has 24 hours reception desk and great staff to help anytime. Check-in and check-out was fast. I would visit again.

The bathroom is bit tired, could use the renovation of appliances. But all was in good working order

good option if you’re going to be out and about for most of your trip and not spending much time in the hotel

Location was good, especially for getting over and back to Brooklyn via the ferry. Room was small but bed was comfortable, smart TV, good hair dryer in the bathroom and shampoo etc provided.

Staff were not the most helpful/responsive. Our room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed on the first day, had to specifically request that this be done during our stay. Curtain in the bedroom came off the rail one morning and we let front desk know and asked that it be fixed before we returned to the hotel that night. We returned over 12 hours later to the room to find the curtain still on the ground and were told there was no one available to fix it until the morning. Very frustrating and seemed that staff didn’t bother to take note of any complaints/requests.

Very good

The room was as expected and clean.

Financial District is probably not the most interesting place to stay at but it worked well for us as the base. Breakfast times got very crowded as the “dining” area is not very big.

Wish we could have stayed longer... & even though our trip was cut short... We Loved Our Stay Here!

Our trip was cut short due to a family emergency and the staff and management at this hotel were super helpful and truly compassionate during that time. Everyone at the front desk were so friendly and kind to my young Daughter and myself during our whole stay from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. We loved our room and we had a wonderful view. The location was great and we really enjoyed our Daily Breakfast during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future. :)

No fault at all in regards to the Hotel itself but the only thing that was not so good was the construction going on outside the building... however once inside we were not affected by the noise at all.

does not work the money even if the location is a great one .

Location was top ! very close to Brooklyn bridge and Wall Street but generally not worth this money .

The breakfast was included in our room but was the worst breakfast I have ever tried .really poor served in paper plates for only one use . no vegetables no fruits ,only some eggs ,bread and coffee which was far from good. And no to mention the staff the red hair lady which was very unfreeze,unhelpful and it felt like disturbing every time we asked something. I have required to upgrade our room since it was my birthday but of course it was not possible .

It was absolutely fantastic!! Would recommend.

The beds were super comfy, shower was good and staff were lovely and super helpful! Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. For me it was a fantastic location, very close to wall street and the areas in which I wanted to visit.

Honestly nothing to complain about, I had a lovely time.

Exceptional

Location of the Hotel is perfect,so i was able to see a lot of places around. Easy to walk anywhere. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. I would like to appreciate staff at the reception Amanda. She helped me a lot to find stores,book taxi and was able to answer any my questions. Appreciate to you Amanda!
