Friendly staff and huge rooms. Good value for money. Beautiful location ( as you'd expect in tahoe tbf )
Rook was lovely but the bed / pillows were not the most comfy I've slept in but they were OK. Set back up a hill behind the main town and to be fair the hotel has a free shuttle service , the fact we had an issue with our phones and couldn't get the app was on us not the hotel. Nice walk down to the town but wouldn't want to walk back up!! Would defineteky recommend and stay again

The hotel is off the main drag. They have valet parking, which I am not used too, but it was nice. They at first put me in a room on the 6th floor that reminded me of a 1980's porno set. Right when you walked into the room, there was a sunken hot tub/shower and mirrors on the walls. It was funny, but I asked to be put into another room, my knees are not the greatest for climbing in and out of a hot tub/shower. The front desk accommodated me and put me on the 2nd floor. This room was remodeled w/ a little mini kitchen in it. It was a cute room and an easy in and out of the shower! Plus the valet fellow followed me around with my luggage until I got into a room that worked for me. A big thanks for that!
The bed was not as soft as I liked it to be. And the hot water to the shower took over 5 minutes before it got hot. Other than that, the room was nice.

Las instalaciones y la atención del personal son fantásticas
Que no tenga restaurante y no hagan la limpieza diariamente de la habitación

Room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub (though it was often full!) and the valet was quick. Loved the easy walk to the tramway to get up the mountain.
Fold out bed was not the most comfortable place to sleep but they never are. The kitchen ware was all plastic - plastic plates, plastic utensils, paper cups, rather than actual dishes, coffee mugs, and silverware.

The location is unbeatable,
just a few steps from the slopes.
The staff is also very helpful and super friendly.
The rooms have been recently remodeled and are worse than they previously were.
Basically minimal facilities. This time they didn’t offer even the minimal breakfast service that used to be available last year (but maybe this was a temporary problem)

I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel looks luxurious. The room was renovated - cozy and spacious. Unfortunately, I didn't have a nice view. I stayed here for a week and mainly worked from the hotel. There is a WiFi! I liked the facilities (pool, hot tub, rooftop, convenience store, and others).
I didn't like my room location, kind of in the basement. It felt dark. I also didn't like the valet parking, I find it inconvenient to be dependent on staff work hours to use your car. There were also different pictures of the spa (pool, hot tub) than the spa actually was but I think they updated it now. Its located outdoors and kind of in between the building.

Muy céntrico y el personal muy amable
No te hacen la limpieza en la habitación a menos de que te quedes más de 1 semana, lo cual por el precio por noche no se me hace justo

Walking distance to Heavenly
Incompetent front desk staff
-Mandatory valet
-Rude/unhelpful valet (especially when parking oversize vehicles)
-No luggage carts available for guest use
-Number of elevators not adequate for the property size
-Property's definition of heated pool means "cold, but not freezing" pool
-No housekeeping
-No luggage storage after checkout
-10AM checkout

Quiet, clean, close to skiing
High pressure timeshare guy at desk marked “concierge”. I didn’t like that I had to give my car to the valet every time I drove it.

Great location, a short walk to the lifts.
Hotel was a bit old. Carpet was a bit aged.

The renovated rooms are lovely, everything is very clean, and the staff are nice and quick to help with anything you need.
Parking is valet only - I would have liked to have the option to not use the valet because of the extra cost.

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and newly redone. The lobby was similarly redone. We had expected the old decor that we saw on Booking.com and the hotel website, but it has recently been bought out by Hilton and renovated. It was a wonderful surprise.
Checkout of 10 AM is ridiculous - only hotel we've ever stayed at that had such an early departure time. The fact there is only valet parking is frustrating, though the staff service of it was excellent.

Not much
It was far from town, needs updating, the power went out for about 6 hours which apparently was due to someone running into a pole but that wasn’t communicated to us when we asked several times. It would be great during ski season. The pool is small, the rooms are set up strange with a giant tub in the middle and the shower in the room area, of u are traveling with kids the room door is open on the top so no privacy. We had to wait about 40 minutes upon arrival for our room to be ready and the front desk girls were rude about it. No free breakfast on site. So for the price there’s a lot of different options in Tahoe.

The room/suite was a really nice size, very roomy.
The shower wasn’t draining with more then two inches of water while showering. Also found a small baby roach

Outdated room, but loved the big tub which is, unfortunately not in the updated room.

Everything is excellent a lot of charging areas, big room for families . The best toiletries provided in the bathroom. Great beds.
They charge a facility fee, which we didn’t not need bc we arrived late and left early. It is valet parking only, which neither was listed when i booked through booking. Com
