Unit size, layout and location were good. Walking distance from beach.

Where to start? Lights in kitchen did not work upon arrival. Several other light bulbs burned out throughout the unit. E-lock on door wouldn't work properly. Had to call Vacasa several times before battery was replaced. Had 3 codes within 24 hrs! 3 combinations to key box before given one that worked, so we could get back in. Thorough cleaning needed - baseboards, molding, and kitchen cabinets very dirty. Dishes & what pans there were had to be washed before use. Dust on almost everything that was a flat surface. This was the worst equipped kitchen I have ever seen - few pans, no broiler (yet 2 broiler ovens), no hot pan holders, very dull knives, etc. Not what we have experienced from extended stay places in the past. Outside lighting very poor. Had to empty the vacuum cleaner before it would pick up anything. Darker drapes are needed in the master bedroom. No ocean view as in description. Only DVD player is in master bedroom, not in the living room. One from there is on top of cabinet in dining area covered in dust.

Very clean! Comfy all in all.

When we booked the room, we were told it was an ocean view from our room and it wasn’t. The reason we chose this place.

Location

Place was not clean. Floor was dirty bathtub in master bedroom was disgusting did not use. Found insects inside home including roaches. Place had not been dusted in months. Towels dirty and hard. Place smells like mold.

Hello. This is a nice unit. Walking distance to the beach. Coffee pot, dishwasher, pots/pans and laundry facilities. Beds were comfortable.

Although this is a nice unit, I booked a unit with 4 twins and got one with 3. My reservation was for 6, and one of my guests has to sleep in the living room. The TV in the queen bedroom was difficult to program and there were not any instructions. There’s only one set of batteries for two remotes, which made it frustrating going back and forth. A pizza pan in the kitchen required much scrubbing before it could be used (dirty). There was no soap in the soap container in the master bathroom. A lot of the baseboards (molding) were torn/missing in the unit. We had completely unpacked so we dealt with it. I suspect we would have to pay a cleaning fee if they had moved us, but I paid for beds for 6 people. Therefore, I'm disappointed. I hope you consider some kind of credit. Perhaps there is some communication break down in Booking.com. regarding the unit that was supposed to be reserved. I sent this message to Vacasa (the property management) on the day of our arrival, also. Thank you. Debbie B.

Loved the decor and couches. Cute kitchen with stools and table. The restrooms and bedrooms weren't too small. Comfortable stay with gated pool.

The picture shows 2 bunk beds, but one of the bunks had the top missing. The wall was grungy where the top bunk had been. No cookie sheet/ baking pan for oven. Both restrooms didn't have hand soap, but did have body wash, shampoo, conditioner travel bottles.

The room was comfortable and clean. Extra pillows and organize.

The pool needed to be cleaned a little.

It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The place was very clean and the process was very easy.
