The location.
The room was not very clean. The closet area was very dirty. Found a used bandaid in the shower. The room had a very unpleasant odor when we arrived.

wildcats running around everywhere , rooms was not cleaned very well , room needed updated

The pool and the beach.
Parking lot needs repair. Our room needs repair. Room was small.

The location could not have been better.
That the room was not clean at all, went to clean water off the floor and the towel was black. There was urine in the toilet when we got there. There was black mold under the sink in the bathroom that left a moldy smell everytime we got into the room. The room just was not up to standards for the price I paid. The property had signs everywhere that no smoking was permitted and all you could smell in the hallways was smoke.

I enjoyed it i didn't really see the staff but once upon arrival so hard to rate the staff
