A nice property with plenty of space.

A very interesting house. Plenty of space and different spaces so you can chill alone of that is your thing. Not 100% dog friendly as the property is large and not fenced - only a large pen is fenced properly.

Nice big older house in stunning location. Suited our family for a couple of nights quite well, plenty of room and beds. Fully functional kitchen great for preparing food for our big family gathering in the mountains. We appreciated having plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore.

I enjoyed my stay but having a German shepherd it was disappointing to find only a minimal fenced area and the previous property also had not communicated fencing, This property has so much potential if a little love and cleaning was administered. Fenced this place would be great. Manager was really helpful.

A good property to stay with 3 couples, one has a dog staying downstairs. For us, 2 children with their respective partners.
Good facilities for BBQ, outdoor entertainment, cooking, playing music (piano is in the house) and just playing board games. Would be good if there's wifi internet.

A relaxed time shared with great friends. Lots of space to enjoy the view from inside the house and out, music and games. Very friendly and helpful real estate managing the property. The house was an odd warren of rooms that added to its mystery and charm.

Very spacious. Great views. Reasonably convenient to Blue Mountains attractions.
The property does have some maintenance issues e.g. some of the inside lights were not working; the outside lights not working; TV and DVD remotes a bit dodgy.
Discovered on the last day that you could hear conversations between the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms, so be careful what you say. Maybe a sign to this effect would be in order

Family Chill
We had a lovely family stay, our second visit to the same property. Room for grandpa, lovely garden and plenty of spaces for everyone to chill with books or board games.

Beautiful house, but lots of minuses
5 of us ladies stayed here, and although house is beautiful and very large, we froze the first night as 2 oil heaters and one fan heater did not work, and doonas on bed were as thin as the sheets. Only one spare, dirty doona in blanket box.
Not everyone knows how to light a wood fire, especially if there are no instructions!
Four of us ended up sharing beds and wearing our jumpers!
After complaining to the real estate people, we were supplied with brand new electric heaters and also someone came and lit the fires!
We were told no electric blankets on bed as owner's relative was burnt by one, but then thicker doonas and blankets should have been supplied.
Range worked the first day and a half, then conked out - luckily for the microwave.
Won't be staying here again!

Fantastic for a large group
10 family members stayed here very comfortably. We loved the rambling house and beautiful garden. The house was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay again.
