Utmärkt läge med gångavstånd till allt!
Och en supervärd som är väldigt hjälpsam samt svarar snabbt och informativt!
Precis som andra skrivit innan, behövs öronproppar då trafiken utanför hörs under natten.

Great location.
Good value for money.
No bedside table.

Good location within a 10 min walk from Jameson distillery, Guinness Storehouse, and Temple Bar hot spots. Had WiFi and a blow dryer. The communication was really good as to how to get in the apt, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. They also said we could check out as late as needed. :)
Could use some updates- The shower is tricky to get working properly, has low water pressure and hot water ran out after one use. The sofa bed is more of a futon style and is very hard. We often encountered the homeless hanging around within a block or two from the apartment, although they would pretty much keep to themselves.

Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere. Apartment was clean and dealing with host was easy, friendly and efficient.
While the apartment was very clean, there was a smell we could not get rid of. We thought maybe the cleaning material but it stayed for 3 days and took getting used to. This is fixable and I would give the owner the benefit of the doubt if they can pinpoint the issue and fix it. There were also some tacky signs explaining how the shower works. The biggest issue is value for money. I know Dublin is expensive and maybe you can't blame the owner for milking the accommodation shortage, but €363 per night for this apartment felt way too high. We all loved Dublin but would hesitate a return until the city loosens its short term rental rules or builds more hotels.

Paul, Was very helpful in ever way. He answered ever questions I needed. Great location. it was beautiful along the River. It was a little high priced even fir St. Patrick holiday. Over all I loved the privacy and quit neighbors. Had a problem with TV. I don't watch much anyway
It need some sharp knife and Paper towels.

Good location
We all found it a bit cold in the apartment at night, with only light duvets supplied.could have done with extra blankets.Very noisy on the road/street but that is to be expected for its location.

Very good location and excellent value for money. Both the bed and sofa were comfortable. It is on a busy street but we didn't feel disturbed in the night. The owner was communicative, gave good tips.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Paul was very responsive any time we had a question and was also very flexible with our check in. We ended up wanting to check in a few hours earlier than planned the day of and he very promptly made sure everything was ready for us. He also helped us find parking and gave a bunch of suggestions on things to do.
Everything was great and worked well. Wifi was good, bed was comfortable. It’s a bit loud at night with street noise, but to be expected staying in the center of Dublin. This was a great spot to explore the city from. Will come back to stay again.

Great for the family! Two separate rooms and a kitchen. In the heart of the city. No noise pubs. The bus is a couple of steps away.

Location is the top advantage for the apartment. It is basically very near to most of the notable places and hot spots. It is also accessible with a stroller.
The apartment is no luxury, but I think its facilities match the price.
It is noisy, yet you can't expect something different in the center of Dublin.

Good location, very convenient from the airport and getting to the main areas to travel out of Dublin or even within Dublin
Loud traffic noise because the apartment is located right beside the road. The sofa bed was not too comfortable

The place itself was great, really comfortable and clean, as well as that it was lovely and warm, which was needed considering the weather. Also it was a good location and within walking distant to the centre.
The balcony was not fit for use (there was a note on the door saying the thing was lose), this was an inconvenience as had booked due to there being a balcony. Also the noise from the road is loud (althought through no fault of the host) and on both mornings of my stay we were awoken at 7.30am due to banging in the apartment up above (sounded as though they were hammering).

Central location.
The apartment was below par. The TV didn't work and even Netflix wouldn't play properly on the TV. The 'double' bed was very small for two people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed that wasn't very comfortable, as there is a big hard section in the middle. No bulb in the lamp in the main room, which meant you either had to have the big light blaring or sit in semi darkness. The curtains hardly kept out any light in the bedroom and the road was VERY noisy all day and most of the night and we are not people who are normally bothered by a bit of noise, but we were disturbed by it. When we arrived at around 11pm the keys were locked to another door nearby and we had to enter a code on a padlock to get the keys off, however one of the numbers wouldn't move and we had to call the host who sounded like he was asleep and was quite grumpy and annoyed, however he did agree to come down in the end. After about 10 more mins of trying we were able to get the padlock to work, not the best start! When we were due to leave, the cleaner walked in before check out time without knocking, whilst we were getting ready. We were then asked to leave again before 11.30 because other guests were arriving! I would recommend spending a bit more to stay somewhere nicer, as this is not value for money.
9.2
It was close to main attractions
We arrived there early, and 1,5 hours of early check in made things easy.
The cleaning women was very helpful.
The view of river was good from the window.
We could be informed better about the car parks. For street parking the free times, the place of the parking machine, prices and the prices for two car parks nearby.
