Un séjour confortable

Arrivant à l' hôtel le personnel est très sympa et accueillant. La chambre est confortable et propre rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, riche et très bon. L'hôtel est à 10 min de la gare du nord.

La taxe de séjour est très chère

Great value

We chose this hotel mainly due to the location, since we had a train to catch on Gare Du Nord at 6am. It is in fact very convenient, a 10 minute walk (with large suitcases) and we were inside the station. The room had a small balcony, newly renovated bathroom and confortable beds. The room is on the small side, like most hotel rooms in Paris. Breakfast was included in our rate, and had a good variety. Mostly basic choices, but enough. I would recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in a great location for 2 main train stations. Excellent value for money

Excellent location, exceptionally quiet hotel, comfortable (with air conditioning) and with a lovely breakfast. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! We will be back. Excellent value for money!

Sure hotel

The room was clean and cool (air con), double bed was comfy, staff were helpful. Easy walk to Gare du Nord and Est. Good breakfast!

The sofa bed in the family room was not comfortable - needed repairing.

the room was pretty good with a decent shower. the hotel had a lift! transport was close by.

the staff weren't always on duty & we couldn't get into the hotel for 20 mins one night. the location is dodgy, couldn't recommend staying in that area.

Hotel was OK but we booked a single Family Room but were given 2 rooms.

The lift was working which was good as our room was on the 5th floor. The staff were on hand when needed. The staff allowed me to borrow a UK/EU mains adapter. Close to Gare du Nord station.

We booked a family room but were told it wasn't available with no other explanation or prior notice. We are a husband, wife and 2 teenage daughters. The rooms they offered were a double and twin room which as my daughters did not want to stay in the same room it meant we had to split apart and have it my wife with one daughter in the double and me with the other daughter in the twin. We were not given prior notice of this until we arrived so it did not allow us to cancel the booking and book a family room elsewhere. Very disappointed. The photos of the hotel show it as a very large building but in reality it is a small slither within the large block.

Close to the train station

The lift looks scary as it does not close properly as it travels upwards. Some of the pillowcases was dirty and looks like it was not washed.

Great location, close to the Gare du Nord. Very friendly staff and 24/7 service. Room meet expectations - exactly what you expect from this price range.

It was ok.

The room was too small but clean. Staff was very friendly. I didn't like the room as it was very noisy and very small for a family room. Breakfast was served very limited.

Spacious room with a bath and a proper double bed instead of the two single beds.

Very friendly staff and room had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay. The breakfast was also very good. It's perfect location if your arriving into Paris from gare de nord

Rooms are alittle small and can feel cramped But not the end of the world

Disappointing

Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Beds were pretty comfortable too. Location is convenient to the Eurostar train station

Had a mouse in the room at night. Bathroom was very small and almost physically impossible to use the toilet. Location is far away from most tourist attractions, about 25-30 minutes by metro or Uber.

Walking distance from stations

Small room. Seen better days. Transparent toilet door. No curtains in bathroom. Impossible to block out street noise and light. Expected better from Best Western and for that price.

Comfortable bed, room had balcony

Breakfast room was extremely small and squashed with very limited offerings. The rooms are small but functional, however poor insulation means you can hear conversations in other rooms. Tiny shower. Wifi was very patchy

Everything else. It was bad. Layout. Facilities. Staircase. Other guests. Screaming and shouting and the decor was appalling.

The staff were professional and friendly

Rooms didn’t reflect photos on website. Run down. Extractor fan outside room made the room smell. Very expensive for what it was.
