Self check in/out, very calm neighbourhood. Simple but delicious breakfast.
There were no place to sit, as the sofa was converted to bed.

A truly wonderful place to stay. Our room was airy, clean , plainly but comfortably furnished, the bed was equally spacious and comfortable, the bathroom large and spotless.
The guest rooms are in a quiet location, part of the winery buildings, overseeing a tranquil yard with flowers and vines, this is the perfect place to relax, with excellent access to hiking trails and only 5 minutes by car to Eisenstadt. The proprietor / winery owner was very friendly and helpful. In the lounge/breakfast room, a selection of the winery's wines and brandy awaits for tasting, by the glass, extremely reasonably priced! We will definitely come back to Weingut Tinhof in our next visit in Eisenstadt. Much recommended.

The rooms meet the expectations for a country side estate- clean, comfortabe, simple. Big TV. Warm room on a cold April`s day. Very nice and friendly host.
Bathroom is a bit outdated (black tile joints). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. There was bread, cheese, salami and ham but no eggs.

Nice, comfortable place to spend a few nights. Perfect cleanliness, simple, but excellent breakfast.

The owning family of the vineyard is very friendly and helpful. The vineyard is located in a very calm quarter but is very good approachable by public transportation (urban bus line "Gregor"). My room was very big and was even equipped with a sofa and a coffee table. The breakfast was very good, too.

Great place to stay, especially when traveling. Great breakfast in the standard of a good hotel. Additional attraction - on site you can buy fine wines from the vineyard run by the owner of the facility

Rooms were clean and comfortable and value for money. Located in a quiet area and breakfasts were good. Close to the bus route which offered free trips into town. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
We were a bit disapointed that there was no where we could sit and enjoy a drink as no bar facility open. We were also disapointed that there was no kitchen for an evening meal, we had to go to the only open establishment in the area which was about 350 m down the road. When the weather was rotten, not too pleasant.

Comfortable, spacious (even for a family of 4), clean accommodation in a working winery.
Very easy check in

Not much to do in the vicinity on a Sunday evening, very quiet neighbourhood
WiFi signal not that strong

Walking off of the street through the large doors into Winzerzimmer - Weingut Tinhof was like walking into a beautiful, serene oasis. It was just lovely! We had two rooms. They were both clean and comfortable. Everything was very relaxed. Breakfast was yummy and fresh. We liked the location and neighborhood. If you are looking to stay in the city center, it is a ways out, but still an easy nine-minute drive. We ended up having to drive into Eisenstadt for dinner. There was a restaurant nearby, but it was closed for a private event. There was a small grocery store within walking distance, which was convenient. When we left, we wished we had booked a few more nights here.
It was a little confusing for us when we first arrived. We weren't sure where to park, or if we were supposed to walk in through the big doors, or what we were supposed to do when we got there. Noone was there to ask when we arrived, which was fine, we just weren't sure what to do. With that said, we were able to message them through booking.com, and they were very quick to respond, and we were able to get it all figured out. We are Americans and it was our first day in Austria. What to do might have been more obvious to someone from the area, or someone more familiar with traveling in the area. Overall, the stay was great!

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Breakfasts were simple but good. Our room was very small but clean and comfortable. The area around was very nice.
Prices are a bit high for the level of comfort provided.

We had a lovely few days at the Weingut. Breakfast was very good with many homemade items. The room was superb. There was a fridge in the breakfast room from which one could sign for items at any time. The wine tasting was excellent and it was really interesting to see the wine production methods and cellars.
Everything was fine!!

The rooms are very spacious. The furniture is new and modern. The bed is comfortable. You can reach the city center by bus for 1 EUR. The bus stop is 2-3 min walking distance from the hotel.
The breakfast was just OK but nothing special. Suddenly in the area where the hotel is located everything was closed (on Thursday).

The accommodation is located in a beautiful winery village just outside Eisenstadt.
The rooms are situated in one of the side buildings, they are completely renovated and provide coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom is spacious.
The breakfast room was not covid-19 safe in my opinion. I mean by this that the two staff members (and by checking out: the third one too) were not wearing masks, where not keeping social distance to their guests and e.g. hand me a paper napkin with their bare hands not wearing gloves.
Also, guests share the same bottle of milk at the buffet to mix their coffee with and touch all provided foods together.
One staff member uses a corner of the breakfaat room as his office and was on the telephone loudly. The other one only asked me 'coffee or tea' and briefly showed me how the coffee machine works.
By checking out, there was no staff around. I started searching for someone at the property. A by accident 3rd staff member with whom I catched up outside, took me to a wine cellar where I could pay by card.
On the afternoon of my arrival I sent a message through booking.com confirming my arrival and to check my favourable time of my breakfast, as there was no staff member present. This message was never answered.
I just compare covid-19 measurements that were taken to several stays I experienced during my trip both in Hungary and Germany.
And here, it felt not safe. There's work to do in order to approve.
Finally, a little bit more attention to the guests wouldn't harm either.
